I started 10 months ago with TRT. The first couple of months were great, then things stopped going well. They tried to adjust dosages of T and Anastrozole, but progressively got worse. I tried to set a consult when I started having more significant issues, but they would not set up just a consult..had to wait until next labs completed and then schedule. Then there was nothing available for a month. I sent another note, they scheduled a week later, then canceled and rescheduled on their own 5 days later. I could not login today for appointment, sent a message with no response other than "thank you so much for reaching out..your request is received and being reviewed...done with them. My hair loss was extreme after 3 months (even though I am paying $250 month to offset), my testicles shrunk, libido dropped and no one to help. I would not recommend working with this group. They did not have any problem shipping more product (even a couple of minutes ago when I am trying to cancel with them and charging for it even when I mentioned something is not right 3 months prior.

Cost is higher than a local physician and takes to long because of there shipping times and wait to see doctor. I called a local place and got in next day and treatment was cheaper

After they receive the lab results, the closest consultation is within a month or even longer don’t even sign up with them. If you’re concerned about your hormone levels and want to hear something quickly, go with a different provider their process takes forever.

The soonest the can schedule me is over 28 day away. They say 3 days. What a joke and a waste of money. Plus I think the call center is in India

Buyer beware...I feel like their whole business model is to profit off of test kits, hoping either you don't bother to follow the complicated steps or that it doesn't arrive on time. Mailed my test to them May 27, USPS showing it's still in transit June 7th, when it does arrive at the lab, what then?. They got me for my $45 for test kit, they won't fool me again, going with a more reliable company UPDATE: Hone tried to mark this review as "harmful or illegal" if you want an idea of their integrity. Fortunately, the good people at Trustpilot could see through their attempt to suppress my review. Thanks Hone, this has inspired me to find more places to leave this review

Waste of time and money.

To date I have been given 4 tests. The first, we all take then a conversation with a Dr. after that, he wanted another blood test which when ordered, was the wrong one. After finding out their error, I went back to the lab and took a third test. Now they are telling me that the third test didn’t have everything they needed and a fourth test is required. Get your act together people! After leaving 7 voicemails and one ticket in their system, no replies. I feel they only want your money. Poor service, worse administrative process and milking money out of me? No thanks losers!
