I did not realize I only had 20 minutes to talk with the Physician. I was cutoff abruptly. I did not get a chance to ask about NAD or other product offerings. I wish I had more time to help me make a decision.

Why spend over an hour with an intake form if not all aspects are reviewed or discussed? Now they with hold your prescription for money

All of the information from a patient's intake form is taken under consideration by your doctor. Hone doesn't hold your prescription, but the membership is necessary to receive care. The membership covers all of the required aspects of care to safely receive the types of treatments that Hone offers. This incudes regular labs and doctor follow-ups every 3-months, expedited shipping on all refills, access to the Care Team, and non-routine doctor visits when necessary.
Unlike other providers, Hone doesn't gate keep your labs or consultation notes. Every patient is free to take those to another provider and shop around.
Although the cost isn't cheap, Hone is by far the safest and affordable option that doesn't require a contract or long-term commitment.

My experience with hone so far has been good. My only concern and potentially why I will not continue this are the membership prices. They are very expensive.

The thing is, in order to receive the types of treatments that Hone offers, a certain level of care is necessary. The membership covers all aspects of this care, including advanced lab panels and comprehensive doctor visits every 3 months, non-routine doctor visits when necessary, free 2-day shipping on all orders, access to the Care Team, and private access to Hone's online member community. Routine lab work and doctor visits every three months are something any reputable healthcare provider will require to receive treatment.

Bloodwork good. Deceit bad.
The order and online Dr visits was great. There is NO prior advertisement or explanation that you are being signed up for an ongoing club like/subscription service in order to receive your prescriptions. This feels fraudulent. The bloodwork is legitimate. The dr is legitimate. The company should tell you up front this is a club/subscription program.

This is good feedback, Teresa! We do mention our membership pricing on the primary page of HoneHealth.com. The initial order gets you an advanced lab test + nearly 1hr consult with a doctor and longevity specialist. There's no commitment to start treatment with Hone or begin the membership, but it's not a club.
Let me try to explain the purpose of the membership a bit more:
In order to receive the types of treatments that Hone offers, a certain level of care is necessary. The membership covers all aspects of this care, including advanced lab panels and comprehensive doctor visits every 3 months, non-routine doctor visits when necessary, free 2-day shipping on all orders, access to the Care Team, and private access to Hone's online member community. Routine lab work and doctor visits every three months are something any reputable healthcare provider will require to receive treatment.
Although the above membership isn't cheap, it's much more affordable and convenient than traditional healthcare. Typically, you'll have to jump through some hoops to see a specialist who 'might' submit a lab order that covers the depth of Hone's advanced panels. If they do, the cost of those labs (even with insurance) will most likely be hundreds of dollars. Even then, if your doctor is willing to prescribe the level of precision medication that Hone offers, the cost of those treatments (once again, even with insurance) will be expensive.
Hone will exhaust all efforts to help make your care as affordable as possible. For example, our Care Team will assist with sending scripts to your local pharmacy and help you leverage programs like GoodRX–––where the cost of medications will be cut down dramatically in most cases. Other health providers in our space won't go the extra mile like this for their patients
