I stumbled upon Hone Health and was…
I stumbled upon Hone Health and was immediately drawn in. As a shopaholic, I crave convenience and quality, and this service delivers both. The selection is vast, from trendy brands to hidden gems, all curated with a keen eye for style. The checkout process is seamless, and the delivery is lightning-fast-no more waiting weeks for my favorite pieces. Plus, the discounts are unbeatable. It’s like having a personal stylist at my fingertips, minus the hefty price tag. If you love shopping as much as I do, this is a game-changer. No more endless scrolling-just curated finds delivered straight to my door. Highly recommend!

I waited in Google meets app
I waited in Google meets app, just for no one to connect to meeting and was charged stating I missed my appointment

You can never speak to a real person
You can never speak to a real person. They have no problem charging my account and I never spoke to a doctor or any human. Must be ran by AI. Don’t waste your money!

Does not respond to messages and they do not give you another way to contact them. Not sure how to correct an issue I am having.

High Protein Would’ve Been Cheaper 💪
My experience with Hone was mixed. I went in thinking treatment would give me lasting long-term benefits, but I later realized the testosterone increase from medication is generally only while you are taking it. My testosterone was not extremely low to begin with, and after starting treatment my estradiol increased, which caused me concern. In my opinion, unless your testosterone is truly low, especially under 300, I would first focus on basics like a high-protein diet, weight loss, strength training, better sleep, and getting full labs through your primary care doctor before using a subscription hormone service. Hone may be helpful for some people, but for me, I wish I had focused on diet and lifestyle first instead of starting medication.

False price advertising and misdirected deliveries
The charges the the pharmacy billed for the prescription was four times the amount quoted by Hone. I sent numerous emails requesting a call back and they never called. They delivered my prescription to my old address despite the fact that it was changed in my account. They provide horrible service.

Spent all this money to get tested for my testosterone level to be the second lowest bracket to be told my level is fine there’s no reason you need to be on testosterone. Waste of time and money.

1 star is generous
1 star is generous. I paid my money and gave a schedule for an appointment time frame. They scheduled when I said not to because we were out of town. They charged me again for missed appointment. There is no one to get on the phone and the AI bot just keeps saying I don’t understand. It took me all of three minutes to find someone within minutes of our house offering the same thing with a real staff and the cost is better. This company is a ZERO out of TEN. Basically, they did a pick pocket on me while I watched.
