They lied said subscription would cover future labs and dr visits then immediately wanted to charge additional money for additional labs 2 weeks after they did labs , a Dr visit and treatment plan....if you have hidden fees and directly lie to me then take a week to return calls ....it's a bad way to start a business relationship...Go to ageless men at least you deal with someone face to face...I feel like I got ripped off 45.00 and the crazy thing is they would've made money off of me nut chose to be deceptive....Thumbs down

Absolutely terrible "customer service" pay a membership fee monthly and wait hours if you have any issues. Called "customer service" at 8:29 a.m. pst finally received a call back at 2:21 that then hung up after 2 rings. Sent an email saying they tried calling, replied back with what the issue was, never got another call and never got my issue resolved. Update 24feb2025 I responded to the request for additional info 3 days ago, maybe if you weren't such a trash company you would have seen that. And I was billed today after canceling on friday. As far as having no phone system you list 1-833-444-4483 on your contact us page and answer it with an automated system that offers a callback. And that was the number that called me back after 6 hours

They just billed my credit card and never got back to me after I sent them my labs. I reached out to taylor multiple times. Their number does not work.

I had my appointment with the doctor on February 1. 17 days later, I still don't have my medication, no tracking number, and support doesn't respond to my messages. Don't bother trying—it's a scam.

I am very disappointed in the service I received from Hone health. I paid for my services which included home health phlebotomy draw. They have now twice canceled my appointment. Once with the phone call at 4:00 in the morning and today with a phone call at 7:30 for my 7:00 to 9:00 appointment. This is ridiculous. If they can't do something as simple as a blood draw how am I supposed to trust them with my medications.

The doctor was terrible. He briefly explained that I have extremely low testosterone and qualify for HRT but didn’t provide a treatment plan or any options. The entire consultation was just a two-minute video call, and that was it. I have no idea what my next steps are. Definitely do not recommend.

My medication has been late to be delivered several times….after reaching out, it took Hone almost a week to respond. I’m tired of this poor service, and since I’ve been off the treatment for weeks now with no resolution in sight, I’m cancelling my membership. I do not recommend due to poor customer service.

I feel like you are misled from the beginning to be honest. Never a mention of a second test that is an additional cost. What are the long term goals, how long do you take it for, what are the possible side effects . I have more questions than answers after the phone call. After initial consultation and then writing this review it's been 72 hours and not one returned phone call or email to my inquiries. I checked out their BBB and it spoke for itself. Avoid
