I truly appreciate all the time was taken to help get my hormones balanced. The patient that was given to make sure I understood my blood work was very helpful.

I'll be completely honest, I wasn't 100% certain what I signed up for besides a hormone blood test and going over the results but I was desperate for answers. For the last 2 years I've switched OBGYN's trying to get someone to address my perimenopause symptoms and they would tell me "you're too young to be perimenopausal" or "lets put you on some birth control pills, that should help". It was a breath of fresh air, to get a test that I've been asking for (even though I've been told by my OBGYN's that blood work changes from month-to-month so it would be pointless) because I know my body and I felt like a shell of a person for years now. It was so nice to be heard and seen by a doctor who says "based on your blood work you are definitely perimenopausal and your levels are really low. We can put you on some HRT to help you with some of the symptoms you are having." Wow, talk about a weight lifted off my shoulders. Something I've been waiting to hear for years. I was a little shocked about Hone's Monthly fee, which isn't cheap and I opted to use their services to send me the medication, but I'm still giving it a shot to see if I can feel a little more like me.

I had a great experience with Hone Health. The doctor was excellent—she went over all my lab results in detail and truly listened to my symptoms. She took her time explaining different options to help me feel better, and within an hour I received a clear list of recommendations along with medications she recommends. I feel heard, supported, and confident in the plan. I’ll definitely continue following up every three months.

My doctor was a great listener and easy to talk to. Felt more like a casual conversation then an intrusive interview. He explained my labs then listened to and answered all my questions. Can't wait to begin this journey with him!

Very good communication and even tho I was very “nagging” at some times. Never left me with a question unanswered. So far very pleased. Still waiting on test kit 2 and my prescription but I believe that will go smooth.
