Sorry for the trouble here. Our membership is mentioned on the main website of Honehealth.com before checkout. The $60 does cover an advanced blood panel of nearly 50 biomarkers + a nearly 1hr consult with a specialist. Unlike other companies, there's no commitment, so you can take your labs with you wherever you'd like. The membership covers regular lab work every 3-months, follow up consults every 3-months + non-routine doctor visits when necessary, free shipping of medication and/or local pharmacy set up by the Care Team. We understand if the membership cost is too much, but our team can also try to help with cost if you touch base with them––just let us know how we can help.

You're right we do list the side possible effects, and if you would like to discuss them with your Hone doctor they're more than happy to go over those with you. I can't speak to your ranges since we take PHI seriously at Hone, but our doctors only prescribe medications for those they believe would benefits from them, and can safely begin that treatment. Hone doctors only prescribe what they believe is in the best interest of the patient, so they’re not trying to sell or push any medications. Hey Brad, the membership is mentioned on our main website and before purchasing treatment. That said, you still received a comprehensive biomarker panel (48+ markers) and a consult with a specialist to discuss your labs. Unlike other companies, there’s zero commitment and we give you full access to your labs to download and take with you where you wish. What you’ll discover is to receive the types of treatment Hone offers (which even with a PCP requires regular blood work and consults) will be just as expensive if not more—even with health insurance. The membership covers labs and consults every 3-month, access to the care team, and the ability to transfer scripts to your local pharmacy if you want to. We’re still happy to work with you and try to make the cost as affordable as possible—just reach out to the Care Team for assistance.

Health insurance in itself is a membership plan essentially, except it doesn't cover all that much in most cases. Your Hone membership covers routine lab work (48+ biomarkers) every 3-months, regular doctor consults every 3-months, any non-routine doctor consult when necessary, free shipping of medications, and 24/7 access to the Care Team. Although the membership isn't cheap by any means, it's much more affordable and convenient than traditional healthcare. Typically, you'll have to jump through some hoops to see a specialist who will submit a complete lab panel, and even then they might not order anything close to the 48+ biomarkers included with your Hone membership. If they do, the cost of those labs (even with insurance) will most likely be hundreds of dollars. Even then, if your doctor is willing to prescribe the level of precision medication that Hone offers, like HRT or GLP-1's for instance, the cost of those treatments (once again, even with insurance) will be expensive. Hone will exhaust all efforts to help make your care as affordable as possible. For example, our Care Team will assist with sending scripts to your local pharmacy and help you leverage programs like GoodRX–––where the cost of medications will be cut down dramatically in most cases. Other telehealth companies in our space won't go the extra mile like this for their patience. We understand if the cost is too high – that's totally understandable, but Hone is an ethical company that follows all best practices in healthcare. We hope to get the membership price lower over time.
