Complete garbage company and…
Complete garbage company and experience, been nothing but issues from start to finish and a month later I still haven’t got any test results. Had to reset my address for whatever reason, have my sample code resubmitted, and had to resubmit my name and info from my sample. It’s been a month and even after complaining and being promised results in 3-5 days iv still got zero results. Finally told them I wanted my money back because 3-5 days has turned into 30 and still nothing. Don’t throw your money away, go to a local clinic or doctor

My doctor was great...But nothing else about this service has been good.
My doctor was great.... Since seeing her and getting my prescriptions aprooved though I have not heard anything about when they will be shipped or if they are even ordered. I have reached out to customer service through email and phone (had to leave a message) and have not heard anything from them in over 24 hours since my first inquiry. Customer servie is lacking in a major way. Hoping this gets resolved and I can get some answere. If I do I will update my rating.

Waited for the doctors for over 40…
Waited for the doctors for over 40 minutes. Subscription required, plus additional out of pocket cost for a second lab.

The subscription is a membership that covers advanced lab panels every 3-months, follow up doctor consults every 3-months, non-routine doctor consults when necessary, free shipping of all orders, and 24/7 access to the Care Team. It's not cheap by any means, but the value is much better than what traditional health care or other companies in our space offer for the level of treatment you receive.

Testosterone level was a 302 and the doctor is trying to prescribe supplements. Seems like a scam.

Hey there, we're not a scam at all! Your doctor will only prescribe treatments that they believe are in your best interest. There's a variety of reasons as to why he might not prescribe one treatment versus another, but their decision is always in our patients best interest. Ridiculous scam artists
Ridiculous scam artists. 150 a month membership plus the cost of prescriptions. Utter nonsense. Highly recommend you avoid this low class no integrity business.

Hey Fred, sorry you feel this way. The $149/mo membership covers advanced lab panels every 3-months, routine doctor visits every 3-months, non-routine doctor visits when necessary, free shipping, and 24/7 Care Team access. The cost of all of that, even with insurance in some cases, is often much more expensive. For the types of treatments Hone offers, this level of care is required. We understand if we’re not the best option for you today, and we wish you the best of luck.

Never answer the phone
Never answer the phone, excessive wait times for lab results, no way to get in touch with them. **I have left voicemails for a few days in a row- never got a call**

Hey Chris, we don’t have an active phone line, but if you leave a voicemail our team will get back to you with 3-6 business hours, if not much sooner. Phone support for most cases isn’t a great experience due to possible hold times. Leaving a message gives our team time to fully look into your situation and then reach out with all of the information needed to solve your case. The Labcorp requirement for this…
The Labcorp requirement for this company is a fiasco, Hone doesn't follow through on lab request, leaving patient at a lab, and rejected for blood work. They continually threaten to cut off patients to do lab blood work, then fail to sent the lab a request. Their customer service then ignores the patients complaint. So you waist time in traffic, off work for their incompetence. I have a scheduled printout of where I made the initial appointment through the Hone app for April 7th, the whole process flowed through Hones app. However, no lab work info made it to my app, or to Labcorp, this whole process in a failure, even the customer service was so backed up you couldn't get through to anyone at HONE. As of 5/6 still having issues with labs, did a card at home test, which was flagged by the USPS as undeliverable in return post. This process has continued to work as expected. As of 5/8/25 no action has been taken on the third lab attempt, Hone has not provided any response or action to resolve this issue. Received at home kit, #3 sent back, but waiting on response on a fast appointment follow up as RX was stopped due to all the delays. This request again is pending 3 day email response..

If I could give it a zero I would
If I could give it a zero I would! After reading all the reviews I’m sure this is a scam…I did exactly what they said.. paid my 60$, set up a Labcor appt, just went there this morning and there were no payments or instructions from Hone.. I drove 45 minutes to their office, for nothing! I even emailed Hone weeks ago to make sure all was good.. the lady said all costs were covered and I was good to go. Shady company!!

Hey Tom, if you ordered a lab than a lab requisition should have been generated and automatically sent to LabCorp. I just requested more info through TrustPilot. If you can get back to them with that info I’d be more than happy to look into your claim for you.
