I had a wonderful experience speaking with my HONE doctor yesterday. She was incredibly kind, down-to-earth, and genuinely took the time to listen to me and understand my lifestyle and health goals. I never felt rushed or judged, and I really appreciated how she considered my individual circumstances when discussing my options. She was extremely helpful and offered advice along with new and different treatment options than what I had been doing previously, with the goal of finding something that may work better for me. I left the appointment feeling heard, encouraged, and optimistic about moving forward. I truly appreciate having a doctor who takes a personalized approach and wants to help me find what works best for my life and my goals. I would definitely recommend her!

Very easy to use and the physician was very clear about the ups and downs of hormone therapy.
