Disappointed and waste of my time
Previously to joining Hone, I was getting HRT (testosterone injections and estradiol patch from a local functional medicine doctor). I wanted a more convenient option, so I joined Hone. Several months later, I'm returning to my local doctor for treatment. Several issues...#1- Hone sponsored physician spent only 8 mins on a new patient tele-visit. #2- Hone uses several different suppliers, so there's a lack of continuity. #3- I received NAD+ injections that had melted ice bags and a vile that was warm-room temp., and Hone customer service did nothing to rectify the problem, never even reached out to the pharmacy. #4- I feel worse after using their injections. My mood is lower, no cognitive improvement, and lower energy. #5- Pricing is not straightforward. #6- With plenty of experience in HRT, my opinion is that Hone is a waste of time and money. I will now be returning to my previous HRT provider where I received quality product and results. Lastly, it's difficult to directly reach customer service and seems to me to be AI driven.
