For women, they don't test iron. They don't test ferritin and they don't test LSH. This company is strictly for sales and the creams are extremely expensive. I don't doubt that the creams work but I'm trying to get to the underlying cause of my hormonal disruption. Customer service was decent and the doctor was kind however unprofessional. She was in her home and looked like she was ready for bed.

Communication is slow, took 5 days to hear back about cancelling membership due to hidden membership costs once your care plan is issued and meds are prescribed. Then all of a sudden it was $155 per month plus you pay for meds, you pay for labs, you pay for everything. The membership is a hidden fee which entitles you to slow communications and ????

I paid for the labs and was found to have low testosterone, but due to circumstances, I was offered a prescription for clomiphene and anastrozole. I decided not to use these medications. I checked the subscription page and it showed no active subscription, yet I was still charged $25 today. When I messaged to cancel, they said I was subscribed to the Men's Basic Membership at $25/month, yet no subscription showed. Before I decided to not go through with ordering the prescribed medicines, I checked how much it would cost, and while the medications were relatively inexpensive (~$60 per month), it was also forcing me into a "Premium" membership, which is $155 a month. There was no clear way to remove this from the cart, so it seems it is forced upon you to be able to order medication. I am so sick and tired of companies that play games like this, which is why I am leaving a 1 star review. I will say the provider I talked to was fine and helpful, so that is not the issue, but everything else is leaving a very bad taste in my mouth.

Went through all the time waste and hassle just to get rejected by doctor and money.

I paid for a testosterone treatment consultation. Instead of helping, the doctor told me I don’t need testosterone and pushed me to buy their GLP-1 instead. I told them I already tried GLP-1, it made me feel sick, and I came for testosterone specifically. They said they can’t help with that. So they took my money for a service they advertised, then refused to provide it and tried to upsell me something I already said doesn’t work for me. Complete waste of time and money. Avoid.

What wrong? Everything. I have used TRT for the past 15 months and used a local doctors office. When my job relocated me, I could no longer use my local office and went with Hone. What was very simple....Became super complicated and has taken way too long. The time frames they stipulate on their website? Mean nothing. Getting hold of someone? Nope, Cant do that either. I went from simplicty and $$ at my local doctors office to a nightmare and $$$$$$$$ with these guys! The final insult? A week before they ship the TRT they tell me that upon delivery that i will need to be there....So i update my delivery address to my work address as im here more than at home....Did the address update and saved it. I went the next step and contacted "support" whom finally answered that my package would go to my work address. Another two day wait...I get tracking info but hold on...Its going to my house while im 40 miles away at work!! So i cant receive it and it will go straight back and a month on have paid $$$$ and gotten nothing but headaches !!!

My experience with hone health till now has been very disappointing. I was given a appointment on Sunday and then the appointment was cencelled 10 min before appointment time. I had to plan around everything to make time for this appointment, so very disappointed with hone health. Also the communication is very poor - they sent a message just 10 min before the actual appointment. Another concern I have is the pricing is not super transparant.

Has been a horrible experience. Would highly discourage the use of this organization. All contact is by ai robot and I don’t feel my information is secure at all. If you are looking to spend 65 bucks and get nothing then I would encourage you to try it. The product has many hidden costs that are not disclosed and I spoke with two guys that have tried it (I know small sample size) and both recommended making an appointment with an actual physician. Was really hoping that this would be an avenue because as a business professional my schedule is difficult to manage. Hope this is helpful. Chris in Ohio . Additionally she did try to reschedule but again no doctor showed to the meeting that I was on time for!
