I went on a spur of the moment and pull the trigger and bought a program. I am glad I did! After many pre qualifications test, they found a few issues medically that I had been having and I didn't know why. After a few conversations woth the doctor and much clarification, I started a program. I am hoping to have a great experience and best of all at anytime I can stop or start again according to my preferences and needs! So that's the goods NOW THE NOT SO bads.. the staff was a tad hard to keep track of and get ahold of! people wear many hats there, so ya may correspond with one person and another takes care of you! So not, so bad just a tad confusing... Also during your initial doc visit I would ask all your questions then, rather than sitting and listening and then hanging up and wondering, wait a minute what does this exactly do too me and for me?? Last but not least, if ya put two and two together the membership doesn't do much except pay for the middle man offering the supplies and the correspondence. So if ya want the goods and help, then pay the piper!

Brian Solis has been great, but getting to see a doctor is a pain and my meds haven't been refilled in over 3 weeks because no doctors available???

Customer service is good. I do usually have problems with labs. Sometimes it is my fault, most of the time it is a logistics issue. There is no laborp near me. I don’t think there is one in my state. If there is an issue with the blood sample kit, I have to go through my primary care. It’s an inconvenience as there are a lot of extra steps I have to go through to get labs done.

It always takes longer than expected to get a response but those who respond are always helpful in resolving an issue.

Everything from the get go was a great experience. The only hiccup was getting an appointment set up to see a Doctor. Customer service explained they were experiencing some growth and set an appointment 3 weeks out. I was patient and everything was smooth sailing after speaking with the Doctor. I do agree the $120 membership fee is steep, but, most Dr.’s and Insurance companies really don’t give a damn about men’s health and how debilitating low T can be. Wish insurance would work with these companies a bit better.

Had a small issue with billing and scheduling but they were very responsive and handled the problem right away. Great company

Edit- Dan reached out immediately to fix the issue. Whatever they pay him it should be more. Email seems to be backed up but it seems to me they are making an effort to help everyone while growing at a fast pace I really don't like writing bad reviews and this may be the second one I’ve ever submitted, but I got my blood test results and there are no consultations available. The note on the page explains that it may be an error which is completely understandable. I’ve emailed, and then followed up on the original email with no response. I get it, everyone is busy and short staffed right now but you’d think they would tell you that up front and not sell the test kit if I can’t act on it. I now have to look for other options, I need help and this doesn’t seem to be the answer.

So far not impressed, I did the test kit, received my lab results, but now I cant talk to a physician for 3.5 weeks? I can see my results, but I can't act on them for a month? I don't even have access to the options that might be available to me " based on my results" so that I can educate myself and speak intelligently to the physician in 3.5 weeks from now. I would prefer a quicker response or at least distract me with options to educate myself, but for me I would prefer quicker action taken. 10/03/21 Update: I have been contacted multipipe times by the customer service and my doctors apt. was adjusted. Meeting was good, the Dr. was very nice. I am adjusting my rating based on the quick response from this company to remedy the situation. Can't wait to start my treatment program.
