⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Support I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but my experience with Denisse D. at Hone Health absolutely deserves recognition. The process involving lab results, pharmacy coordination, and trying to receive medication quickly and conveniently can be very confusing and often feels full of barriers. Despite that, Denisse D. was always patient, understanding, and ready to guide me through every step. Our communication was entirely through email, and she was incredibly responsive, supportive, and clear. She explained everything in a way that made it simple and easy to understand. Every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly, even if the information might have existed elsewhere. She never made me feel rushed or dismissed. What really stood out is that she understood my perspective and the reasoning behind my questions. That level of human understanding is what makes service truly exceptional, and it’s something AI or automated chat systems simply can’t replace. Denisse D. is professional, kind, efficient, and truly outstanding at what she does. The level of care she provides sets a model of customer service excellence that others could learn from. I had THE BEST experience with Hone and Dr. Hurtubise. It was easy to get my labs, complete my H&P online, and schedule a consultation. Dr. Hurtubise was genuinely interested in my experience, thorough, and spoke to me without a hint of condescension or "I know best." She trusted that I knew my body and responded accordingly. I wish I had come to Hone months ago for my menopause symptoms. Hone makes it simple, straightforward, without a lot of unnecessary visits and gynecological fluff. I couldn't recommend a better solution for women experiencing peri-menopause, menopause, or even post-menopause!

The Doctor was excellent and really broke down what was going on with my blood and hormones. I appreciate how he gave me different options but gave me the best one for my over all health
