Terrible company
I've dealt with multiple doctors and all have been good to excellent. My issue with hone is the company itself. There is no one to talk to when you have an issue, the service is expensive, and it's a fiasco getting the products from them. I cannot stress enough, hone is not worth the money they charge and I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your trt needs. Edit after hones response: Their response is completely inaccurate. No one has gotten in touch with or communicated with me about my issue.

My consult was unprofessional and…
My consult was unprofessional and dismissive of documented hypogonadism (total testosterone 151 ng/dL). I was interrupted, insulted, and not allowed to discuss my medical history. I am requesting a new provider or a refund.

Hey Trey, Hone is a healthcare provider that offers a variety of different treatment options that help patients optimize their longevity. We deliver comprehensive care that includes regular lab testing, doctor consultations, and Care Team support. Depending on your lab results and doctor evaluation, TRT could be a part of your treatment plan. If you were looking to just get a script for TRT, that's not how Hone operates. We take patient safety and care seriously, and our doctors only recommend the treatment options that are best for that person and their long-term health goals.

Originally ordered test 9/11/25
Originally ordered test 9/11/25. Took almost month to receive. Initial consult 10/4/25 and It is now 12/5/25. I have been charger monthly membership fee with no medication sent although it was ordered. They then tried to bill another 47 dollars for clomid and another 129 dollars for membership. So after 3 months, I took a blood test doc said wasn't very accurate. A half hour consult and inaccurate bloodwork.

Ripped off
The only option was to use Labcorp but there were none located nearby so I paid for using Quest per their Labcorp order. They declined the Quest order and said I had to use Labcorp. I asked for a refund for the last two months which they agreed but never made good on

Hey Dirck, Hone's system is only connected to partner lab facilities, which means we automatically send the order to those labs and the cost is covered by Hone. Taking your lab orders to a non-partner lab isn't possible, and you'll have to pay out of pocket. At the time of your purchase last summer, we only partnered with Lab Corp for at-lab testing. That's why when members schedule their appointment through the Hone Patient app, it will only show and offer locations/times for partner facilities. The good news is as of this fall we now partner with Quest labs! We'd be happy to get you set up for lab testing with them at no additional cost to you! Out team did process a refund back in June for you. If you're having issues with the refund, we suggest contacting your bank/card company. If there's further issues there, our team can try to help the best way they can. We will be in touch!

Company charges $49 for labs and a consult. Canceled my appointment for a consult via their texts and they charged an additional $50 for missing the appointment. Won’t go another step with a shady company like that.

Hey David, Hone would never charge someone if they canceled their consult ahead of time — and even if they did forget to cancel ahead of time, we would still happily refund the no-show fee and reschedule them at no additional cost. they don’t seem like real doctors
To just be trying to give testosterone when I don’t even need it. Nothing about my leveled suggested I need this. Nothing about my symptoms suggest I need this. This whole program seems like is more for cosmetic and not a serious diagnosis. Absolute joke I should have known because of the of the price. Seems like they just want to prescribe a subscription to get you enrolled in a steady monthly money stream. Then you all tried to silence this review by saying it was defamatory! I said nothing untrue. I’m giving you my honest opinion about this place. I had to go to great lengths to get you to put this review back up. I had to threaten to call the better business bureau! It’s not fair to just take reviews down that you don’t like! Makes it seem like you’re shaping people’s opinions of your company by only posting positive feedback. Your response is ridiculous too. I never had anything defamatory posted. The lies from this company is wild.

Hi Vanessa, were sorry your experience didn't live up to expectations. However, this review and the claims made are false. Hone only hires licensed physicians that operate independently – meaning they're not sales people, nor do they benefit from prescribing more or less of any medication. Regarding your defamatory comments, you updated your review and removed the defamatory comments, which is why it was reinstated by Trustpilot. Once again, we're sorry things didn't live up to your expectations, and we welcome all feedback and criticism - however, we will not shy away from calling out false claims and accusations when they're made.
