Ive been with Hone for a year now. I recently started having my medications ship too close together and I was getting charged every couple weeks instead of once a month plus the subscription. I did some research online and saw complaints that matched mine so I emailed Hone to let them know the issues and started looking for another program because I saw a few people say they never even heard back and kept getting charged. My experience was exactly the opposite. I sent an email explaining the issue and started shopping for another program for my TRT because I didnt think I was going to hear back. Fast forward to the next morning and not only did they email me, they made an attempt to reach me over the phone as well. They immediately offered to refund 1 month of subscription fees and gave me half off the subscription for 3 months. They also looked at my shipping history and charges to verify, then offered to push out my next shipment a month to avoid anymore unexpected charges. I can't give them enough praise for how this situation was handled. I was ready to go over to Fyre Body for my meds but Hone has effectively retained me as a customer. For anyone else that has issues, I'd suggest reaching out and explaining the problem. And treat them with some kindness because it goes a long way in customer service 10/10 would recommend

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kahan. From the very beginning, she was genuinely open, attentive, and invested in understanding my symptoms and concerns. Unlike many traditional PCP visits, where time feels limited and conversations rushed, Dr. Kahan took the time to truly listen, ask thoughtful questions, and make sure I felt heard and understood. She created a space where I felt comfortable discussing my concerns without feeling dismissed or rushed, which is something I have not often experienced in standard primary care settings. Her approach was compassionate, patient‑centered, and thorough, and it made a meaningful difference in my care experience. I truly wish there were more providers like Dr. Kahan—providers who take the time to understand the full picture and partner with their patients in their care. I am very grateful for her support and professionalism, and I highly recommend her.
