Your pricing is very deceptive. You charge for the medication and then 149$ per month. This is ridiculous. In essence, if I am to see the doctor in three months I am required to pay 149$ x3( 450$) before the next apt this doesn’t include the price of the medications. I want to add that I wasn’t seen by a specialist. I was seen by an internal medicine doctor, this isn’t a ob/gyn. I was first scheduled with a naturopathic doctor ( not an MD). The company scheduled an apt at 9:15pm. This was an error that I wasn’t aware of. I was charged 50$ for missing the apt that I was to attend at 4:15am. They did refund this amount. The second apt was with an internal medicine doctor. My appointment was less than 15 mins. Also, I paid 65$ for the initial service of labs and a visit. Your answer states that you allow me to keep my labs and take them elsewhere. I would expect so as I paid for them. Furthermore, 149$ a month far exceeds any doctors visit and lab test in the real world. You aren’t providing me an additional service with goodrx. This is a free service offered to everyone. In terms of going the extra mile, I haven’t seen this yet. Lack of communication, lack of transparency, lack of medication shipping in a timely fashion. What you are saying about the labs isn’t correct. I know because I, myself am a physician. Offices don’t hold scripts or refuse good rx. Actually, anyone can go to a pharmacy and request good rx. It is done there for you right away. I suggest you save your money and go elsewhere. I don’t recommend this service.

Tried scheduling my appointment through their chatbot, a toddler has a better brain their their AI and it scheduled me for a time that I could not make. I couldn't cancel and I tried multiple times. Tried emailing, texting, and voicemails (multiple times each). It has been 3 business days and they haven't responded and I have submitted a dispute with my credit card company. If you pride yourself on your customer service on your website, its time to walk the walk and not just spew BS on your webpage to scam us. I bet they respond faster on Trustpilot than through their main channels of communication. Stay away from this company. I tried emailing XXXXX (look at other reviews for the email) that is listed in the reviews, I got a returned to sender email, starting to look like they went out of business more than anything.

I had a bad starting experience with Hone. I started at 12:50 (25 min before my appt) in the app and was asked to do the same intake forms that took 45 min to do the other night. I rushed through them and repeated that I had already done the form. Entered in the waiting room and have not seen anyone. They have no chat options and no contact was made for the appointment. I now see in the app it says they will charge me $50 for the appointment while I was there waiting. I noticed their reviews are sponsored and when I checked on

VERY UNHAPPY! First they tell me that I need to finish the work up, so I tried cancelling and they can't find any order. hmm. so I found my bank statement and they charged me $65.. They wont respond. How can they do your work up without important info? also they have no phone number or order number.

There is no easy way to get a hold of customers service, there a ai chat that really dont help. Also dr will change does even after they discuss your treatment plan without telling you why. Then when you try to cancel your subscription they won't respond to your request and keep trying to charge your card even when you submitted your request 2 weeks prior. I am get my treatment somewhere else do to customers services . There no way I can respond to the comment. But im not putting my personal information and wont let me add emai. I just heard back from a rep to fill out a cancelation form . I've already done it 3 times.

This was definitely a waste of $65 and my time! 20 minutes survey did not have all the correct options to give, then sit on the phone for 45 minutes with the doctor to tell me that there was nothing wrong with me and to politely tell me, I was overweight! I was not going through pre-menopause didn’t address my hair loss and my rapidly increase of weight. I had given him several instances on why I felt like I was gaining weight number one. I took the Covid vaccine number two. I had my my uterus scraped and one of my ovaries removed but everything seemed to disregard when my test came back normal And again I was just overweight and his response to me was document you’re eating habits and let’s see how it goes. Not to mention, he sent me a new prescription but on top of pain I had to pay $145 an annual membership absolutely not and shame on you! Are you really here to try to help women? Medication Delivery Failure The most critical issue arose with the fulfillment and delivery of my medication: Incorrect Delivery: A signature-required package containing sensitive medication was severely mishandled by FedEx. The package, addressed to me (a name starting with 'B'), was incorrectly delivered and left at a "Johnson" residence on the opposite side of town. Contamination/Compromise: The package was eventually recovered almost two weeks later, but it had been opened and tampered with upon receipt, raising serious concerns about the integrity and safety of the medication. Carrier Constraint: When attempting to resolve this, I was informed that patients cannot change the delivery service—an inflexible constraint that Hone Health attributed to the affiliated pharmacy. This lack of delivery flexibility is unacceptable given the high-risk nature of the products. 3. Abyssimal Customer Service Response The attempt to resolve the delivery issue exposed significant flaws in your customer service infrastructure: Inaccessibility: The phone line appears consistently unanswered, forcing reliance on email. Unacceptable Delay: While email responses were apologetic, customer support refused to coordinate the immediate reshipment of my prescription from the pharmacy. Instead, I was forced to wait nearly two weeks for FedEx to locate the compromised original package, leaving me without necessary treatment for an extended period. The combination of these issues has led to a highly dissatisfactory and concerning patient experience. Due to these repeated logistical failures and the failure of customer service to provide a timely resolution and replacement medication, I will not be returning to Hone Health. I urge you to review your lab confirmation policy, address the strict carrier limitations, and dramatically improve the operational accessibility and authority of your customer service team.
