Unwelcoming and Rushed Experience
I had my first appointment today and was very disappointed. I had a hard time connecting to the Zoom call, which took a while, and once I finally got connected, the visit felt rushed. I only saw the doctor for about four minutes. The doctor was not friendly and spoke very fast. I did not feel compassion or warmth, and I didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed at all. As a patient, especially during a first visit, I expected a more supportive and understanding interaction. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I do not recommend HONE and I’m not going to follow up with the care plan.

Very disappointed in the overall…
Very disappointed in the overall service, mostly with banking issues and being charged when the meds have not been sent. Once I figured out they are supposed to allow FSA, but they’re asking for me to be reimbursed rather than fixing their system.

We're sorry for the continued trouble here, but when it comes to these types of problems, your FSA provider is the one who can help with payment processing issues. We can also accept other forms of payment and provide an FSA eligible receipt. Our team will continue to help the best way they can.

MOST frustrating…
This has been the MOST frustrating experience. When I signed up they didn’t tell me I’d have to be there to sign for the package. The sent me a link Friday afternoon for my delivery that didn’t work. No one to call so out of luck for a fast response and text are all AI. Monday morning they sent a new link and delivery was set for that day. Ugh had to cancel my appointments. Then package was left on doorstep with only 1 out of 3 meds. I was then sent another link saying I’d have to sign for was coming Tuesday before 1:45. Another day sitting at home waiting. And at 1:45 the window moved to 8pm! I have an appointment that was made 3 weeks ago that I get charged $100 to Cancle. So try to change delivery method and said it would not process for 24 hours. No one seems to be able to help bc you can’t actually speak with anyone. And when you email a question they only reply to parts of the issue. I’m canceling and this has been a huge wast of my time. As a small business owner it’s cost me a lot of time and money. Do NOT use this company!

Lousy communication
Lousy communication. Shipping issues. The Doctors or PA's were okay. Been with this company for a few years. They switched from Labcorp to Sonoraquest labs (that was an issue in itself) If you travel for business I'd advise using someone else. Have a good day.

We've searched our patient portal and support team communications for an "Anthony Mattfeldt" and there are no records of a patient with that name. If this is a genuine review, please respond to that request with your contact info. We have no known issues with shipping, and Hone has helped tens of thousands of patients work around busy work schedules to get their refills delivered to them on time, without issue. We also work with Quest Labs, not Sonoraquest, so I'm not sure why you believe that to be the case. If someone doesn't live near a Quest Lab, we are often able to help by sending a phlebotomist to a patient's home for lab work, or sending an at-home testing kit. Either way, Hone has multiple options for our members to deliver the convenience they're looking for. If you were a member of Hone, we'd love to help, but this review is likely not from an actual patient or member of Hone Health.

Pointless service
I had a terrible experience with this company. They had to reschedule and then the provider was 20 min late. During the wait, I was sent texts that I wasn't logged on with threats of being charged for no-show. When she logged on, the platform didn't work properly and I was unable to see her and the sound was unstable. She spoke to me as if she hadn't read through my thoroughly completed intake, referred all questions to PCP and rushed me off in 15 min.

So far I'm extremely disappointed
So far I'm extremely disappointed and overall confused. I thought this was at home testing, and they instead want to send me to some sketchy lab an hour away. Now, I can't get ahold of anyone. All the requests online I've made say solved yet no one has reached out to me. There are no phone numbers anywhere for customer service on your website. This is feeling very scammy. Beware.

We're sorry for any confusion about the ordering process, but as mentioned at checkout, an at-lab test is what's being ordered. Hone's at-Lab partner is Quest Labs, which is one of the best providers of testing in the country. The option to have a phlebotomist come to your home is also available, and that's something the Care Team can 100% help schedule. Due to the nature of our business and long hold times, traditional phone support isn't the best option for our members. That's why Hone offers scheduled phone support. Customer service completely lacking
Getting set up with the company was not a problem. I started getting my TRT injection packets and everything was fine. The one point that seems to be the major failing of HONE is their customer service portal. They constantly hold back results of my labs for various reasons to include blood results not conclusive, information on the card holding the blood not readable. The last lab results were inconclusive so they sent me another specimen card and I gave them the specimen and sent it back now they're saying that the card is unreadable. The information on the card is either missing or smeared and unreadable. It can't be both it's either completely unreadable or it's not. The other major concern is that they do not respond quickly to any information that I request. It took four days to request results on my last lab when they had had the card for almost a full month and they say that it takes 2 to 5 business days to get the lab results back. Other than the treatment program which is excellent the customer service is absolutely horrid. I am currently looking for another company to take their place.

Everything's fine till you find out…
Everything's fine till you find out their b.s membership costs 129 a Month and the trt is 55 a bottle.. over double for a membership to see a video doc every three months😂🤣

The labs and doctor visits are something any reputable healthcare provider will require, and the cost of those is typically much more than $129/mo (even with insurance in some cases).
