15 minutes late to the appointment. Was very rushed trying to get through everything because they said they had another person waiting. No video of their face so I couldn’t see who I was talking to seemed overwhelmed.

Twice now you have overcharged me when you should not. My prescriptions go through my own insurance company. I'm really angry now and I want to cancel.

They say the labs are $50 bit they only do very basic tests and not comprehensive! The comprehensive test will cost you $800-1000 ! Meaning they are lying about whole process …..

My visit with the doctor was fantastic. I now understand why the testing and consultation were so affordable. It is because of the cost of the prescription recommended. I would have to pay more than $450 for the recommended medications, which is way over my budget as a retired Medicare recipient with an existing prescription plan. Also, I have not been provided access to the labs for my own review.

Well I signed up for the therapy, passed all my blood work which they said that they would pay for, I received a bill on the mail for the blood work. Honestly never paid it. Went on on my credit got denied therapy and had to pay them and the bill they said they would pay!

I don’t feel the physician understood or cared where I was coming from. She couldn’t relate to where I am in my life and why my physical and mental health were so critical at this point. She told me that I exhibit multiple signs of low testosterone yet she refused to prescribe me any replacement therapy. This is devastating. I am so dissatisfied with this service. I cannot begin to describe how letdown and disappointed I am. Everything in my body is telling me that something is not right… and that there is no way I could be this tired and have such a lack of motivation for everything.. I even explained to her that my concentration has not been there for a long time.. she could care less. I feel like at the end, all I got from her was a too bad so sad just do better in life diagnosis. I am beyond disappointed in this service.

The appointment was extremely disappointing. The doctor came across as dismissive and lacked empathy. It did not feel like she had reviewed my intake forms in advance, as she asked basic questions that were already addressed, including asking about my menstrual cycle despite the fact that I have had a hysterectomy. Her demeanor felt very clinical and detached, with little to no bedside manner. I shared in detail how much I have been struggling, and there was no acknowledgment or response that conveyed understanding or concern. If I wanted a cold, scripted interaction similar to what I receive from a standard primary care visit, I would have simply stayed with my regular provider. My expectation was that this practice would offer a more thoughtful, specialized approach to women’s hormone health, with deeper understanding and engagement. Instead, I left feeling unheard and uncertain about the diagnosis and treatment plan that was presented. I am genuinely disappointed and unsure that I can trust the recommendations provided.

Not telling people you need more blood work is a scam.
