My experience. Received kit, mailed kit, received notice that sample was not adequate, received 2nd kit, received lab results, consults are a month out, had my consult today only to find out if your level is over 350 you are wasting your time. Dr. was nice I just wished they tell you this up front I would not have spent any time or money. Everyone is different just because you are in range does not mean that is what is good for you.

Did blood work. Got results. LONG (3 week delay) for first consultation. Consultation appeared to be fine - Dr was easy to communicate with. Then I got my prescription. Apparently they mixed my file up with another man's file. Top half was his info, bottom identifying half was my information. I tried telling them THREE TIMES that I was not a 40yo man with several medical problems (one of which was NOT low-t). It was like water off a duck, like I hadn't said anything to change their mind. It should have been obvious the file was not me. Finally another person said they would look into it, and three days later the matter was cleared up. Made me wonder how many other files have been switched around? What about the guy who didn't have low-t, getting prescribed (and paying for) a prescription that was in error. Folks check your lab results closely, or it might be a problem you have as well. I'm hesitant to continue, several hundred a month to a company that can't keep their records straight? I just don't know and am having difficulty trusting them

Very smooth onboarding process but once my labs were ready the earliest available appointment for a consultation is three weeks out. The speed and convenience of telemedicine were some of the main reasons I looked into Hone in the first place so the long delay is disappointing but hopefully that is less of an issue going forward.
