Whoever comes up with their pricing is out their damn mind. As of today October 28,2022 just the membership price is $120 a month, thats $1440 a tear to just be a member in some club. Then ontop of that my treatment plan is $142 a month which i can live with but why in the living hell do you want me to pay $1440 a year just to be in some club. You have definitely lost your damn mind. Update: After talking with Hone and their CSR we was able to workout a solution to the subscription cost which was a pleasant surprise so now they are only half way out their damn mind to me,,,

Overall, Hone Health does exactly as advertised. I am a former customer. My only issues are the extremely inflated costs associated with the service. I purchased 4 vials of Testosterone Cypionate (single Use), Vial, 200 MG/ML, 1 ML per month at a cost of 72/mo. The same amount is now 10/mo. with my insurance after seeing a local Urologist. I can also pay only 19/mo by purchasing the same amount via Amazon Prime. Additionally, Anastrozole, Tablets, 1 MG were 20/mo. through Hone and I receive a six month supply from Amazon Pharmacy for 91 cents total.

Responded quickly. Made sure things were ok. Andre Carrera deserves a big financial raise.

I think this takes too long to get results from the blood work. A simple lab at labcorp would have been so much easier and faster to get started with the product that fits my needs.

Men - please educate yourself on when Hone is claiming they require from you. I was on my doctor’s treatment for 6 months and had awesome results. They then stopped all treatment - the company, not the doctor. They claim they required new labs and a physical from my doctor. Oh, the physical exam was after they told me all I needed was blood work sent in. When I completed it, had the consultation with my doctor and he too was pissed because Hone stopped it without his medical approval. It’s been months and I’m still trying to get back on the treatment. Also, they charge you regardless and they have a no refund policy. If that doesn’t sound sketchy as hell I don’t know what does. This place has the potential to help men, but they are in the business of making money. They are not in the business of helping men. The only reason I’m still trying to make it work is because it WAS helpful and convenient for a small time. If they continue to dick me around (pun intended), then I will cancel and I truly could never recommend them to my fellow brothers. Endocrinologists and going through the official medical channels, albeit inconvenient and timely, might be the best course.

Had issues logging in to the website to first set up my sample and now I am having issues getting an appointment set up even after look thru a months time.

Customer service is awesome but the availability of doctors for consultations and technical difficulties when trying to do your consultation causing you to wait for new consultation even longer is not the experience they described on there site and social media ads. At this point it’s easier to go to the Doctor. If the actual process fell in line with there stellar customer service would rate 5/5 stars till then it’s just not worth the time spent

I have never been able to schedule an appointment using Hone’s scheduling system. Everything is full 3 weeks out. I always have to submit a request through their “Help” feature and a few days later someone will get back to me usually already scheduling me for a time. Sometimes that time works and sometimes not. For what I pay for this service, I expected better.
