Gone to the lab appointment they scheduled twice & no order in place . Thinking this is a scam at this point ! No way to get a hold Of anyone . Just send a email

I had an invalid blood level due to contamination with my testosterone gel being applied at exact site of blood draw . I offered to pay for retest prior to my requested (6x) rescheduled consult and emailed and also text messaged them multiple times to reschedule . The AI was completely worthless I recieved 7 separate messsges with AI computer texting they would be reaching out to my care team “ which it never did over a five day period . They then charged me $50 for missed appointment. I do not believe they have actual human staff trying to run business with only computers ? Extremely unhappy with service . I know this review seems like an outlier but go to Reddit for more accurate reviews or you tube

Too bad this company is a total scam. It's surprising they're legally allowed to do business like this. First, the site claims that a basic plan is $55/month, and a premium plan is $65/month. Then, during your consultation comes the bait-and-switch. It's $129/month for the basic plan and $149/month for the premium. Prescriptions are extra, and bloodwork is extra. So you're looking at $265/month for a service where you never talk to a person if you have a problem, and the quality of care is less than similarly priced in-office clinics where your injections are administered by a professional in a sterile environment. Second, I initially signed up for the premium plan because $65/mo plus $51/mo for test at GoodRX is worth it. But upon discovering the real price, I asked to be moved to the basic plan, and the doctor said he would update the cart to reflect the basic plan, and remove the testosterone from my cart, but after 3 days of texts, emails, and service requests, I have heard nothing from them. There is no phone number to call, and you will never speak to a human being if you have an issue. For the same price, you can go in-office to ageless male where HUMANS will answer your questions and treat you like a person. This service doesn't even exist in the same reality of being worth the cost. Edit: I have been in touch with Hone, and they were able to fix a few of my issues, but caused several more. My request to get my Test through GoodRX for half the price was not honored, and I was charged $112 for testosterone that I was assured would be removed from my cart. As to the reply, I opened a ticket, texted the bot, and sent multiple emails. I have only ever received one call,despite numerous requests, and it was the day after I posted this review. Since then,I have been waiting 3 days now for a call back about the charge for testosterone that w a s supposed to be sent to my local pharmacy. This is absolutely a genuine experience, and all of this happened. To dismiss it as disingenuous to save face is about on par.

Read glowing reviews about this company on this website so I decided to pull the trigger and start services with them. When I finished the initial questionnaire, which I had to restart over half a dozen times because it would get stuck, it failed to find a place for me to get labs drawn. I then got a prompt from their SMS AI bot asking if I wanted to order an at-home test kit. I attempted to go that route but the AI bot was simply not able to complete request. The next day I logged onto my Hone account and there was a link to schedule a lab-draw. I clicked on the link and scheduled the service for the next day as I had to be fasting, along with a laundry list of other things I should avoid. I saw the lab requisition and thought everything was set. The day of the lab draw the lab requisition is gone from my account. There is no way to contact a real human being by phone, everything is by email. Need less to say I got no lab-req in time for the lab draw. I planned my activities for two days around this lab draw and had to cancel. Extremely disappointed.

not worth the money

Absolute SCAM and waste of time. I have moved my schedule around, not once, but twice now, for the initial consult, and both times, I've sat there like an idiot in the waiting room, just to leave after 15 minutes of no one showing up or sending any info. The first time, they said the doctor wasn't able to make it, and this time, I'm still waiting to hear the bs excuse. Horrible communication, can't get a real person by phone, and the only way I've gotten any information at all is just by constantly hounding them. Terrible company that clearly just wants your money and doesn't give a shit about you. They would have gotten more out of me if they had pretended to care an ounce, but I am done. Update: After they contacted me and convinced me to schedule the consult for the THIRD time, I reluctantly agreed. And what do ya know, no one showed up yet again. Absolute joke.

Loved the doctor and blood draw setup. Amazing amazing amazing. Then I need another blood test before they give me any meds. For the same exact thing they already tested me for. Ok? So I get it done and they sign me up for some expensive subscription and give me a month of supplements but NOT what I ordered which was testosterone. I had to go back and forth with emails (god forbid you can call them) and they finally sent it $200 later after already billing the hell out of me. Now I’m trying to cancel the subscription and they won’t give me the time of day. Avoid this company!

This company is terrible. You will get caught in AI automations and get caught in a viscous cycle. There is zero support from them as you cannot call anyone. I've sent them probably 20 messages via text and customer support with no response.I have taken 4 lab tests and they just keep sending more and will not complete any orders. I have wasted over a month with zero results. Complete waste of time and money.
