This place is an absolute scam. First of all. This really wacky guy does a telehealth interview with me and tells me that my testosterone levels are sub 200 and that my estrogen levels are extremely high. Subsequently he writes a prescription not for testosterone, but for something to do with estrogen and tells me to make a subscription top-tier level in order just to get me the prescription that he wrote for me this place is an entire gimmick. Do not waste your time by poking yourself and sending them your blood sample. They will just lead you on and make you continuously pay subscription fee fees and not give you the things that you want.

You can't always see the same doctor. They prescribe Anastrazole which will kill you if you take it regularly because it lowers estrogen to zero and well men need estrogen. Every doctor has their own"plan" so they are constantly suggesting something different, there is no unified treatment plan. One doctor will suggest anastrazole the next one will take you off of it because he knows it is dangerous. It is expensive for what little you get.

Terrible customer service. Long exhausting procedure. This is a complete waste of money and time!

I had a very frustrating experience. The pricing for my prescription was clearly explained to me as $90 for 90 days, and I even confirmed it multiple times because it seemed unusually low. I was present on time for the meeting, and on there end it had trouble connecting. Worked fine last time. Kept trying to connect. I took screen shots of it. And they still charged me $50 as a no show. I was there and my time is valuable too.

This results in an accumulation of medication while incurring repeated charges—$130 here, $145 there, and so on—without clear justification. The most frustrating part of the experience is the cancellation process. Attempting to terminate services proved to be unnecessarily difficult. There appears to be no reliable way to contact their team, and email inquiries consistently go unanswered. Even after taking measures such as blocking charges through my credit card and switching to a new card number, the charges resumed almost immediately. In my opinion, a far better alternative is to work with a medical concierge. While it may seem like a premium option upfront, it ultimately provides more personalized care and can be significantly more cost-effective than this service.

Here's a short review based on your experience: 1 star – Paid for a service I never received I arrived for my scheduled appointment to find no one available to assist me. To make matters worse, despite completing my ID verification beforehand, I was asked to do it again — a clear failure in internal coordination. I did not receive the service I paid for and had to formally request a $60 refund. Disappointing experience that I hope is not the norm for this company.
