Hidden costs of buying from Honda Chantilly
In December 2022 I purchased a pre-owned car, and the experience was sobering. Right after signing the contract, I realized some noise was coming from the front wheels. At their service I learned that I needed to pay $1,700 to replace the struts. This came after the salesman, Mr. Pirzada, assured me that the dealer will fix all the issues on the car. As soon as I signed the contract, they changed the tune: "The struts are not essential to pass the inspection, you have to pay $1,700". On the way out, he handed me ONE key, and said - it will cost $350 to get another copy of the key. Finally, he forgot to mail my documents to DMV, so I waited 2 months to receive the car registration. I have a deep regret for doing business with Honda of Chantilly.
