My questions received a prompt reply, but I was unable to apply the price quoted to the sample I ordered. And I did not receive tracking information or an ETA for my order.

Beautiful Product, but Communication could be better
We were looking for some unique tile to go with our new copper topped vanity, and we found it! The vintage style metallic fireplace mosaic tiles we found looked perfect! We ordered a sample, which was supposed to come with expedited shipping, but it took about 8 days to get here. The communication wasn't great, and the tracking link didn't work. I had begun to think I'd been scammed, when the sample tile arrived. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! And exactly what we needed. We ordered our tile with expedited shipping, and it arrived at our house two days later.

Beautiful tile!
The tile arrived today and it is absolutely beautiful! Just like it was pictured. I only gave 4 stars because of the communication problems with the company to start with. I am very please with the tile. None broken. Packaged very well.

Unfortunately the item ordered
Unfortunately the item ordered, although described as a tile, is actually a tile face. Makes mounting these tiles a bit more challenging than it should.

I Received all the tile within a week
I Received all the tile within a week. I received them in multiple deliveries, with multiple tracking numbers. I am happy with my tile order. They are Beautiful !

Tile is great but customer service is lacking
Love the tile but not pleased that the shipment was sent to the wrong address. Apparently someone didn’t look closely at the order form and sent the tile to Michigan (where we used to live) instead of Arizona (where the new house is located). Big mistake on your part but luckily we still got our tile.
