I’m very happy with my purchase! The communication was A1 from start to finish. Every time I had a question, they responded quickly and were very helpful. The ceramic arrived in perfect condition and is absolutely beautiful. I’m very satisfied with the quality and the overall experience. I would definitely order from them again!

Beautiful tile work, but for the price and not receiving the whole order, not sure if it’s worth it.

My questions received a prompt reply, but I was unable to apply the price quoted to the sample I ordered. And I did not receive tracking information or an ETA for my order.

I would not order from them again. I ordered a sample and it is beautiful. So I ordered the backsplash. Not the same at all. The steel pieces are dull and scratched. I am not happy. I will send back and get a refund. I don't know why people have to scam others. Why we can't be honest

Processing and delivery taking too long. Ordered and processed on 3/08/26, completed on 3/09/26, then nothing. No tracking, no communication. I am canceling the order. No longer needed due to the slow service.
