Took forever and and the product I can’t use cause it is paper thin tile. I asked previously if I can use on bathroom floor. Also the color is pink and not the purple I was selecting. I also tried calling custom support and it is impossible to talk to someone. Finally I want to return product and ask on another and have received no help. Roger Tellefsen

I am so disappointed with this compan, I still have not received my purchase and I emailed asking for the status of my order and a delivery date. I never received a response back. If I don't hear back soon, I will request a refund for non-dellivery. Poor customer service!

Tienen material muy bonito pero el servicio está muy mal , ordené una vez y tuve problemas con el material me decían que no avía lo que yo compré después pedí que me mandaran algo similar y me mandaron algo que no tenía nada que ver con lo que yo avía ordenado yo pagué vidrio y me mandaron metal y para variar más barato no recibí ningún rembolso no se que paso

My whole order has not arrived. 3 sheets of tiles are broken and I need replacements. I’ve emailed customer service but no answer yet.

As usual, we will resend pieces to replace the damaged pieces, if customer need to replace the whole sheet that they need to pay the shipping cost only, the replace tiles are free, please kindly understanding.

I ordered tiles to do the back wall of my bathroom and came up two tiles short. I emailed to see how I could order two more tiles. It would take two days to hear back due to that the company was responding from China. And three emails later, they finally told me that I would have to order 6 to get them out of the US and the cost was higher than originally. OR I could order them from China if I only wanted 2 tiles, pay over $30 in shipping and the cost per tile was more than double!! (Around $100 total for two tiles!) These were CLEARANCE tiles at about $14 per s/f. I ended going the route of ordering 6 from the US to get them faster and it was less expensive. A total headache!!! I would not recommend using this company due to the fact that they are based out of China. Go to your local stores and see if you can find something.

Hi there, we are so sad to see this message. according we chat by email, as the short tile is very urgent to you, so we suggest you to order 6 pieces which we told to you the smallest carton. and if you like to order 2 pieces, it is about 4 kgs, the shipping cost is very higher, customer just need to pay $30,the rest shipping cost paied by ourself.please kindly understanding, thank you.
