Did not deliver all of my tiles and some of the tiles were damaged. I requested a return and refund but they are not cooperating.

A large portion of tiles I purchased arrived broken & shattered. There was not much packing/protection between sheets of tiles and 75% of sheets were damaged. Customer service response has been very delayed; causing a major delay of my house project. They wanted to send out individual single pieces of tile and have me take off damaged ones and glue on the new ones to the currently damaged sheets. This is not what I paid for. Disappointed and lost money.

I’ve been waiting for my package going on 3 weeks. I contacted them asking about my package they told me I would get a tracking number. Here it is a week later and I still haven’t got a tracking number. I’m starting to believe this is a scam. Customer service sucks the communication is horrible. This was just a bad idea all the way around

The product is fine, however, this has been a totally frustrating and unsatisfactory transaction because: 1-Communication from Hominter is slow and difficult 2-The order was not complete, and is still not complete 3-Although Hominter says the missing sheets have been shipped, the USPS tracking site indicates the post office still has not received the package of the missing sheets and I paid for expedited shipping 4-No resolution for the missing sheets has been offered after repeated email correspondence regarding the matter

Hello, I wish I could write a review on customer service as glowing as your your BEYOND gorgeous tile. Yet, I can't. Perhaps, you can work on communication skills w/you 'chat' people. IF you can do into your computer and look at the 'chats' you made be able to see examples that will be helpful to you. IF you note the multiple requests for tracking information in WORDS, NUMBERS AND VIA WRITTEN email you will see another of your businesses issue. It was distressing. I've work w/three other tile companies on my project and they were respectful, FUN EVEN! I wish your staff was a high caliber as your tile. As of now. If I need more tile I am not even going to go to your website so I don't see something beautiful

The description states a dark blue and shows a navy blue. It ended up being a dark teal blue which I cannot use. Beautiful tile, but again not what I ordered. So disappointed!

It takes way too long for Hominter to even confirm an order, 12 days or more. Poor customer service.
