I've been using Homesnap and the Homesnap app for several years and it is my go to tool for property info and showing requests whenever I am away from my laptop. I recently upgraded to Pro+ and Concierge and after using Concierge for a week my pipeline is filled with nurture leads and I am currently working with a cash buyer who should more than cover my costs for 6 months. The Google live transfer calls are the best--it's so much better speaking with someone looking for an agent instead of hounding low intent leads that do not want to be contacted. Well worth my marketing dollars!
