Showings on the go
Homesnap is my go-to app when I'm on the road and clients have specific questions about a home while showing to clients. I like that it pulls up comparable listings in the building and neighborhood to include current active, contingent, and sold which helps me speak better to the market and value of the home. One critical data point missing is the HOA/condo fee.

Homesnap has been my secret weapon
Homesnap has been my secret weapon for branding myself and getting my name out there. I almost don't want other agents to find out about it, but I also want people to be successful. Great Customer Service
I am a realtor that recently transferred to a new MLS. I was having difficulty updating my current phone number on the app; and, online. I contacted customer service and a representative took care of the problem right away. Super happy, super grateful for the customer service response.
