I received a card in the mail for a free dinner! I have only gone to 1 presentation dinner in my life and received a free knife for my time. I laid the card down and knew I really didn't want to go cause I knew this was about trying to get me to buy something and when I get off from work, I just want to go home. The day before the presentation, I looked at the card again and remembered this restaurant did have good food. I had eaten there before with friends. So I decided I would go for the dinner. The presentation was very informative and the guest asked a lot of questions about the products and I asked a few myself, still not interested in buying anything. There were 2 things that impressed me about the speaker. One, I asked him a question, he wasn't sure of and two he blessed our food before we ate! He could have faked the answer and a lot of business people dont think blessing your food is the correct think to do in public. I did sign up for the free inspection. Still knowing that wasn't going to buy anything, I couldn't afford anything anyway. So, I met Drake and Shawn. They did the inspection of my attic. I've been in my attic a couple of times in the 7 years that I've lived there. They took pictures of the mold they found and the sap that had oozed out of the boards, because all 3 of my attic fans motor had burned out. I never even thought to have them checked. Drake and Shawn were so knowlegable about the TriGuard MLI that I needed and the Solar attic fan, along with the mold and fungus treatment. They explained actually how this would be done,step by step. Then they called Kevin the District Mgr. and got his advise on what they had recommended. This is a team that works together for their customers best interest. That was Tuesday Nov. 9, 2021. Today Nov.11, 2021 I met another part of this great team Avery and Tim. Great guys! They did all the installation that was needed. They took before and after pictures as the preseded with the mold treatment,the solar attic fan and finally the insulation installment. They were professional, polite and courteous. I couldn't ask for more. Drake came back today and checked on the work that had been done. Super guys. Drake and Kevin also showed me how I could afford this home improvement. They were a God sent, that started with a little free dinner card in the mail. Thank you, Lord for this Blessing! Company installers were very thorough keeping us up to date as they were installing, step by step, keeping us at ease and were very pleasant and easy to interact with. Thank you Alen and Rodney for such a wonderful job!!!

Jimmy the Presenter was awesome, I learned a lot and understood everything he was saying, I needed the product. When Jori the Inspector came to my house he reiterated everything from the presentation and even found mold that needed to be treated and helping my health. Then Rodney, Alen and Brian showed up on time with smiles on their faces ready to work and install, I was very excited and they did such a wonderful job and I look forward to enjoying my new products and saving money on my heating and cooling bills. I am thankful for their time and I look forward to referring more customers. Thank you Alen

Our installers, Joe and Jermaine, were prompt, courteous and efficient. We felt very confident in their abilities. They explained all the steps for installation and operation of the products. Each installation was documented with pictures and they answered all of our questions. I can't wait to see how these products work.

I would like to thank Marc and Max for making my experience very pleasing, I was not very sure about the solar attic fan but the Technician made it very clear to me and I was happy with the answers given to me. Great Job!

HomeSmart had an excellent sales pitch explaining and demonstrating the products and services they provide. Their In-Home Evaluator was professional, patient, and worked out a clear plan on what we needed and solutions offered. Our Installers (Tyler and Max) were amazing! They were clean, quick, nice and did a wonderful job! We are already seeing a difference in our electrical costs and our A/C isn't working nearly as hard. Thank you HomeSmart Technologies!
