The dinner was delicious and very informative.Steve Chahl explained exactly what I needed to know about the products. Jory and Nick came the next day and told me more about the product. I was sold on the MLI and especially the fan. Installation was on 6/26 Shane and Tom came on time and did an awesome job.They explained how the product worked. They cleaned up and were very professional. Can’t wait to see how much money I can save.

The presenter Steve, was very professional and nice. Explained all the products well for us to understand. The food was great! Steak and salmon was amazing. The inspector Jory, came out to the house the next day. Very professional and easy to talk to. Knowledgeable about everything. No pressure sales at all, just told us our problems and let us decide. He really identified our problems and what we would REALLY benefit us. He was great! The installers Nick and Shane, we’re here early and ready to install. Pictures of work to show us any time they stepped down to take a break. Pleasant and friendly people. Did beautiful work. Great team!

We went to a presentation and found out we could have a FREE home inspection. Our house was inspected and we learned we had a bit of mold and needed new insulation. The very next day SHANE and his partner came down and did a fantastic job. They were done in one day and cleaned up nicely after the job was completed. I would recommend Homesmart Technologies.

Steve E. did an awesome presentation, which following, Harley came to our home for a complete inspection. Harley explained issues and we decided on cleaning soffits, exhaust vent repair, level insulation , treat mold, install attic solar vent and multi-layer insulation. Harley was very informative as to our main issue, the attic! Dillon and Chase came to install and do the work at the day/time we discussed. We were very impressed with Dillon. He informed us as to what they would be doing and answered our questions. He was very professional, personable, and courteous. (You don’t find young men like him anymore) Didn’t talk to Chase, but he seemed a nice young man. I think he installed the fan on the roof. They did their work, Dillon showed pictures and my husband did go up and check-out the attic when they’d finished. We would definitely refer this company to anyone needing there services.

Shane, Chase, Darrick were excellent.. they contacted me notifying of a short time delay. The answered all questions, showed pictures, and left the place clean. Great working team .

Start from the beginning, Earl gave an exceptional presentation and the food was awesome Brandon came as scheduled to inspect all area's of the house. He never pressured us in making a decision on what would be good for our home. Malik and Daniel the installer's came to the house as scheduled and started installing what we wanted for our home. We had two attic ventilation fans and the Pelican water system installed. From the start to the completion we are extremely satisfied. All the Home Smart team were second to none. Will report on products installed at a later date.

Steve Chuhl gave a very good presentation on Monday and the dinner was great. Jory arrived timely on Tuesday to do an inspection and explained the good and the bad which was very informative. We had black mold, two bathrooms were vented in the attic and we needed more insulation and better air circulation. Wednesday Zac, Tyler, and Shane arrived also timely to start correcting our problems. They sprayed the mold, installed the TriGuard Multi Layered Insulation, rerouted the bathroom venting, and installed the Solar Attic Ventilation System. There was a little confusion that morning but it was not anyones fault and was quickly addressed. Presentation, inspection, and installation only took 3 days which was wonderful. These guys worked really hard to insure everything was done quickly and properly while also being very courteous and professional. I am looking forward to comparing this next years heating and cooling bills to the past year.
