I'm terribly sad to read the negative reviews but I must share with you the positive. Miss Tracy, Miss Sarah, Miss Olivia have been extremely kind, comforting and supportive. I'm facing a landlord who is blaming me of 3 years of mold when I lived there for 22 years. This is not habit but structural. The ladies are helping me with time which I need on my side to win over this case. I paid for additional mold coverage and I pray that this will be just fine. All I can tell you is talk with them. Listen what their recommendations are very smart women. God bless Joy

From beginning to end they were in constant contact with me explaining process. I am a senior and appreciated assistance received from claim adjuster Carley Leonard. Grateful to GEICO using Homesite Had a water leak in my pipes in ceiling. Carley was so very helpful in putting me at ease!!!

Committed a billing error on 4/30/2024. Won't fully correct. Have made 20+ phone calls to them since 5/07. Unable to resolve. Have stolen my $412 payment of my premium. Won't apply the $412 to my policy nor won't return the funds to me. Canceled my policy for non-payment despite me making a payment, and told me to take it up with my bank. Now I have no insurance, and I am out $412 because it was stolen from me.
