★☆☆☆☆ — I wish I had never bought my home from this company. It is heartbreaking to spend so much money on a home and end up feeling this let down. This was supposed to be somewhere I could feel comfortable, settled and happy. Instead, it has become a constant source of stress, with problems to chase and messages that go unanswered. My heating has not worked since I moved in. I am exhausted by having to keep contacting them, waiting for a reply and wondering when someone will finally take this seriously. I should not have to beg for basic communication or for problems with my own home to be addressed. Being ignored makes an already upsetting situation so much worse. It leaves me feeling completely abandoned with the problems, while the company carries on without even giving me the courtesy of a response. I deeply regret buying from them. Their terrible aftercare has taken so much of the happiness out of owning this home. I just want answers, the repairs sorted and to finally be able to enjoy the home I paid for.

We purchased a new build in the Warlingham Heights development, the house has had numerous problems which I’ve been fighting with the developers to resolve for the past 5 months since completing on the property. Their customer service is near non existent and unfortunately I have had to pay for a solicitor to get involved to get them to rectify the issues with the property. Unfortunately I cannot recommend buying one of these developments solely due to this reason which has made a what is supposed to be an exciting experience in to a very challenging and stressful one.

We love our new home, but I do feel that the customer service team need to improve on their communication, if they were quicker at coming back to customers then we would be left feeling more satisfied whilst we are waiting for defects to be corrected. Do I regret purchasing my new home? no, the houses themselves are amazing and my family and I are going to be very happy here.

Promise the world and deliver zero. Customer care standard appalling. Advise steer clear.

We recently bought our house from Homes by Harlequin, and overall we are really happy with it. The build quality feels solid and the layout works great for us. At first, we did have some issues with communication and responsiveness but have noticed a real improvement lately. All in all, would recommend.

After reading all of the negative reviews, we were really hesitant to purchase with Homes by Harlequin. Now we have been living in our beautiful new home for 5 months, we are so glad we took the plunge. The location is great, the house itself is so spacious with bedrooms and en-suites far more generous than any other typical new build (and the same applies for the sizeable garden!). There are a few minor defects that are outstanding and it’s a very tricky to get hold of customer service for updates - for that I will score them a 3. We certainly don’t regret our purchase as this is our our dream home

Poor And will score below ZERO aftercare service, Not sure how to describe this anymore. Brand new home with a long long list of major issues and defects ... I can't even list them here !!!!! Far Too many issues, I would really advise to stay away and no one to suffer and live with this hassle. It is disgusting by all standards !!!
