HomeProGymReviews of homeprogym.com

So during the COVID-phase in our country the gym closed for another period. Randomly I saw an add about homeprogym on instagram and went to their website. FAST & FREE DHL SHIPPING - EUROPE, they say. Estimated delivery time to Europe is mentioned 4 to 12 business days. My package was in transit for 22 days which is way too long. I am going to give it one star because of that since shipping time was the priority in my case. I could have ordered different equipment elsewhere and get it much faster to not lose time in the quarantine.

Scam company. Should have read the negative reviews before purchasing. All of the 5 star reviews were posted on the same day, meaning they're fake. I purchased the resistance bands on Nov 1 and homeprogym messaged me saying my item has shipped. The tracking on DHL says "received" but not shipped. I don't expect them to refund my money but hopefully the credit card company will. Buy on Amazon.

I ordered based on some reviews i had saw, which according to a lot of the 1 star reviews were faked reviews. I haven't received my product at all, now past the expected "10 business day free shipping". Emailed support, got a small reply from Matt that someone would reach out but no one has. Tracking info that was sent to me states it is coming from China, and there is no advertisement of therm being based in china as they state they're out of the USA. I would like a refund for the order I placed and the order cancelled all in one. No number to contact for support and no care for their business. I sent multiple emails with no response. Cancel and refund my order immediately.

I was excited to order b/c someone I know uses the products. I ordered the bands. I waited and then got a notice that the product had been delivered. It had not. I assumed, nbd, I will just email them. Multiple unanswered emails. I am fine with issues popping up, but they don't ever respond. I would not recommend ordering b/c you will never hear back from the.

The customer service has become completely unresponsive since I asked for a refund. My order never made it through the shipping process and it’s been over 2mo. Still this company refuses to send me a new item or refund me even tho they confirmed there is an issue. Instead they have provided me with FedEx’s contact info and zero context what I’m supposed to do with that. It should never be the customer’s responsibility to find a product a company failed to send. This company is bullsht and so are all these 5 star reviews. Read the other negative ones, they all are exactly like what I’m writing here. What a waste of time it has been dealing with this. AVOID!!!

I received a faulty product (cable snapped) after waiting three months to arrive. The situation of Covid-19 accepted, the company shows little transparency in it supply lines or lead in times. The product comes from China, unbranded, being sold under their name for a markup. I would not recommend this company.

horrible!!!! They say fast austrlian wide shipping, give you dates of arrivel but they dont actually arrive....tried getting intouch but no one replies so have no idea if i still even have a package arriving??? Will definately not promote this company or use them again...gotta feeling the products probably not that good either. Update: Reply to HomePro gym email.. Sorry i didnt send any emails on Saturday?? I sent emails on Friday as i recieved an email saying it shouldve arrived Friday..but didnt show up..so was just finding out where it was?? But will get in touch with Fedex and find out.. Thanks for the reply aswell....

Significant delays in shipping. Poor customer service.
