Such a dishonest company: I was looking to purchase resistance bands for my wife, and this ad popped up on Facebook. In the comments for the bands, Home Pro Gym themselves had made a comment about not being "your typical China dropship product". Naturally I got curious as to where they were manufactured, and dropped a comment asking that very question. Within a very short timespan I find myself blocked from being able to comment on their ads, or on their page. Obviously an uncomfortable question they didn't want to answer. It's also extremely obvious that their 5-star review spam on dec 23 are bought.

Advertises free shipping on their website but then you are charged shipping via import dues, which is misleading. Whatever you think your going to pay just expect it to be about 30$ more a few days later, you will recieve an email from the shipping company, saying pay the due or it cant enter the county

Your website states free canada wide shipping. So yes don't tell me it does not. I can read. , Just a heads up, I spoke with Matt from Home pro gym, and he rectified the situation professionally and to my satisfaction. Iv received my package today with everything I ordered inside. It also came a day earlier then the date DHL set out for delivery after I paid the 22.70. I have I specter the goods, they are of.good quality and are as advertised. I have not tested it yet but I am sure it will meet my needs. I apologize for the bad review, I just wish there was a way to connect as my comment and messaging privileges were taken away. So to anybody reading this, homepro gym is not a scam, you package will come. Thank you.

Their 5 star reviews are Fake! Don’t believe this company. Large clusters of 5* reviews on the same day are classic signs of fake reviews. Fake reviews are dishonest and mislead the customer. They don’t refund or cancel orders, they claim all orders are shipped in 15mins so they can’t cancel orders, 5 business days later no shipping confirmation.This was plenty of time to cancel and refund my order. They give excuses to justify their actions and do everything they can to fight the customer. They claim shipping from Canada when in fact this is not true, they ship from China/US. They have fake sales to mislead the customer. Do not buy!!! UPDATE: You claim you do not advertise that you ship from Canada, however the top of your page says FREE SHIPPING - CANADA POST! It also says "Canada Post" as the shipping method on my order. This means shipping from Canada. You cannot ship Canada Post from the US or China. This is a misrepresentation. Again, refund me my money as I ordered from you expecting quick shipping from Canada, if shipping said from the US or China, I would have never bought from you. Amazon was able to refund me for an order that I decided to cancel so don't give me this BS that your automated system cannot cancel. Also, it is interesting that you reply within 1hr of a negative review, but it take over 24hrs to get a generic BS response via email. Update: Again, you always have an excuse to justify your companies actions. Canada Post shipping to ME, the customer, means shipping from Canada. You are misleading me the customer. Now I'll be stuck paying customs fees. Again, you don’t listen to the upset customer asking to cancel their order, an order that has not shipped after 4 business days. This is despite your claims that everything is packed and shipped within 15mins of the order which is why you claim you cannot cancel an order. PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER! You have mislead me into believing that you ship from Canada. This is beside the fact that this website is FULL of fake reviews. Cancel and refund my order and I will delete this review. Please do the right thing and stop trying to fight me. If you don’t refund me, I will get a chargeback from VISA. **they have also blocked me from their Instagram page after simply messaging them asking to cancel. UPDATE: HomeProGym did reply to me, argued with me and threatened to sue me, now they have deleted their response. UPDATE: I emailed Matt 2 days ago to say I got the wrong order shipped to me, still awaiting a reply. I received a box of supplements from Bloom. Can you please reply to me. I just want my order cancelled and money refunded. I just want to move on. Thank you.

Do not believe a word from this lyin cheatin company, someone mentions great customer service? There is none, and also shipping is literally a slow boat from China, but they trick you into believing they’re based out of Usa, or in my case Canada. All of their recent reviews btw were written on the same day! Save your money.

Don’t believe these fake reviews, their website lies, they ship from China, takes forever to get any progress on your shipment, they say that they won’t refund, but I am taking it up with my card company. Also, no customer support, no email, phone number, plus their product is supposedly total garbage.

Fake sale on the website claims you have 23 minutes to check out when these have been the prices for months. This is banned under UK consumer law (don’t know about Australia). Shipping times are long (expect at least 2 weeks in UK). Reason why the reviews look fake on trustpilot is because the majority are. Very overpriced for what you get, competing manufacturers are offering similar products for more than half this price. Workout guide is a google drive file with a couple of exercises. Product is not great - materials feel cheap and definitely not worth the price. Make sure you carefully read the returns policy - no change of mind refunds and will only replace broken products within 90 days and there is no warranty. I was really desperate for a home gym alternative during my country’s lockdown restrictions and unfortunately rushed my decision to buying these - I would advise you to not do the same.

Endless spam text messages with no chance of replying STOP as they've stated in previous reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT SPAM TO YOUR MOBILE DAILY.
