DO NOT BUY FROM HOME PRO GYM!!
I just want everyone to be aware that this Company is absolutely horrible. DO NOT purchase anything from them. If you do not like the product you purchased and want to send it back, they do not allow returns for refunds. I decided to purchase a different system after I ordered from Home Pro Gym, didn’t even open the package, and I still can not send it back for a refund!

Our refund policy is available online and prior to purchasing, we provide 5 years of free replacements and will happily replace your item free of charge, however like millions of other online stores that provide free shipping we don't provide change of mind returns.

HomeProGym is trash
HomeProGym is very, very low quality. I guess I should've known this just by their 10 likes a photo on Instagram with over 29k followers. You bought your followers... in 2021? They don't offer returns (fine print on their website), and that's most likely because their product is easily breakable. The bands have no elasticity. Their "60 and 70lb bands" can easily be moved/stretched with one hand for 15-20 reps. Feels more so like 10-20 lbs of resistance MAYBE. Bar threads were messed up and I can't even use the bar. I've emailed out multiple times. They were quick to reply until I mentioned I wanted a return for not feeling safe using their pieces of equipment. Absolute scam of a product.

I got duped
They must have a lot of fake reviews and delete the real ones, because these bands are terrible and the customer service refuses to take them back – almost as if they know their product is awful.

This is the 3rd negative review by the same customer. We have raised this with Truspilot now. As per previous responses, see below: This customers product arrived with a broken part. Our customer service agent requested a photo of the broken items so a replacement could be sent through. Below is the last reply from the agent: "Hello Scott, Thanks for your email, and we hope you're keeping well! The equipment on the attached picture does show that it is incorrect. It could be a damaged batch, so we're really sorry about this! Please rest assured that our team will make sure this is addressed as soon as possible. To assist our team in processing your query, would you be able to send through a photo of all the bands in the same condition? Also, if you can specify the variations, that would help us request the replacement. We look forward to hearing from you." However the customer has refused to work with us to rectify the situation. We will 100% always rectify and send through a replacement for any broken items, however if the customer is not willing to work with us, there is nothing we can do.

Avoid!
Avoid! They send you terrible products and WILL NEVER refund you.

Rip Off Alert
The product that arrived was broken, and they won’t do a return/refund. Rip-off alert!

Cheap product
After 3 months, the bar is starting to bend and becomes dangerous. The company won't replace it and offer me a 20% discount to buy a new one ? They tell me it's normal that the product is starting to bend ?????. They are cheaply made and ppl should go buy their stuff somewhere else. Edit. This is not a competitor. I have photo and tried to be in contact with them.my order number is 21564. They are telling me that their products bare guaranteed 5 years BUT NOT THEIR BAR. 19 may. Thank you. But I have still no news about that in my email. I found that you wanted to change the bar here on this website. I'll update de review when I will have the confirmation in my email that I will receive a new bar. Thank you.

Hi David Just to clarify, as per the support ticket conversation. The bar itself has not bent at all, however the end clip has bent slightly causing you to worry about it's long term durability. I have asked our customer service rep to send out a new bar free of charge. Thank you.

Cheap brand
Cheap brand. If I could give this a - 10 stars, I would. Bought the stackable resistance band set plus bar. After 10 times of using it, the bar started to bend, which isn't safe to use. Very cheap product, and the company won't refund. The best I could get is a 20% off on a new bar. Please do yourselves a favor, buy another brand. Oh and btw, they'll say it's a scam when I actually have an ordor number. If their bar is so great, why don't they ask for pictures as a proof their product sucks, and offer a refund or at least a new bar, for free.
