So 18 days ago, I ordered my 450LB Stackable Resistance Band Set. Customs stopped it, checked and due to the low amount declared by HomeProGym, I am unable to now receive my package. I find this beyond frustrating as this is due to no fault of my own and now I am both waiting for the parcel longer than expected AND the worst part is that now I am being penalized by customs because HOMEPROGYM declared a lower value. Support is not getting back to me either. No support on email. No support on Facebook. No support on Instagram. Absolutely shocking experience so far. Order No. #45136. Ticket #2500.

I ordered Hyperburn April 29 with a promise of 3-5 days delivery in all Canada. It is now May 25 and still haven’t received. Total disappointment. Edit>>>> I have finally received my Hyperburn today May 27.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Good luck trying to return something and getting a refund. No one there can explain what their "admin fee" is or what costs they "incur" when a brand new, unused product is returned.

Product was defective and as of this writing, customer service still has not issued a refund. Horrible customer service and shoddy, defective product.

Don't buy from this website, here are the reasons; 1. The products they sell can be bought from an app called AliExpress for $10-$40 (where they buy cheap and sell extremely high on their website) 2. Their lifetime warranty is a bogus, you still need to pay for shipping fees for your new equipment to be shipped to you which cost more than the equipment's real price (you lose money over this and they gain more instead) 3. Most of their ratings are fake, bought or used bots from India to generate "good reviews" to lure you in. 4. Don't make the mistake that I made. I bought a set from this website without doing my research properly. Do yours so you don't spend hundreds over a set that china made and sells for $40 or less.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Money hungry liars. They are also breaking the law by putting a devalued price on customs import labels. For example the charged me $100 Canadian and put a value of $15 on the package. These products are available on Amazon or Ali express for a fraction ( for exactly the same thing ) of what they are charging and they have returns policies. Home pro gym HAS NO RETURN OR REFUND POLICY. BUYER BEWARE! Company had plenty of time to turn things around but they smugly hide behind worst review policy ever. I have reported them to Canada customs for fraud. You can see the reaction to a negative review by calling me Karen. Wow. Mature company. Good luck with the fines from CBSA BORDER WATCH 😘

I bought my Stackable Resistance Band Set for female and it was awesome and Budget-Friendly! They are perfectly made sturdy and they have color codes for a certain weight for you to choose from or what weight will you choose for start-up.

I’m only giving it a one as that’s the lowest. They claim that all prices are USD? They also claim that’s it’s an Australian company which is where I am from. Strange then that after I pushed pay, my invoice was $130(no usd and I have screen shots), but when I checked my credit card, it was $194. Obviously a scam designed to get more out of you. And then they have the nerve to claim it says USD all I’ve the place. 5 pages you go through including final checkout. No mention of USD
