DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!! Never received my order and reached out numerous times and never got a response horrible website horrible company👎👎

I ordered what was described on the website as a wooden clock. I was absolutely disgusted when it eventually turned up after a wait of 3 weeks. The mechanism on the back of the clock is broken so it does not work. Also it is NOT wood, it is MDF with a cheap veneer, I'm sure Trading Standards will be interested in this false advertising. They state on their website that returns are easy, that is far from what I am experiencing. I have sent several emails to the email address on their website as instructed, along with photos of the broken item and am receiving no responses whatsoever. I am now going to raise a dispute about them with my credit card company to get my money back that way. Absolutely terrible service and product. Avoid at all costs.

Be very careful when ordering anything from this company! Ordered some soap dispensers and paid over £200 , opened one of them and pulled a leaver and immediately snapped off, also the bracket was broken. Raised a return and sent an email but haven't had a response. Appalling... DO NOT USE!

Well Where do i start, I ordered some fans from this company which i decided to cancel 2 hours later. The supplier never responded to my email to confirm the cancelations was adhere to. A week later I received the delivery and asked why it was delivered even though i cancelled the order. The response I got was they did not receive the email which was forward to confirm. Customer service stated I would have to ship the goods from the UK back to China even though it showed the box left the day after, while covering the cost myself. After I mentioned I was going to challenge the credit card payment they said they needed more time to investigate. That was over a week ago and I have sent 3 emails now since. I have now paid £35 to return something I cancelled within a 2 hour window and the supplier didn't bother to check their email. This is both frustrating and dishonest at the same time as the supplier will not engage in any dialogue due to my thought process of waiting until the 30 days to be up so I an not warranted a refund. This seller is poor for communication and is just a money grabber trying to off discount not to have the goods coming back to them. Please do not trust this seller or purchase any item especially if you are outside of China.

Avoid - Chinese counterfeits shipped from China. Another scammy website with a contraband site based in Netherlands as they state. Huh, what a sham! Fooling people left and right selling fakes. At first was suspicious because of high prices, then got a notification with 'Your package is with Yun express...'.

The 4TB hard drive (£31) did not work on my Mac. Never had a problem before and others still perform perfectly. Showed evidence to the vendor. Eventually, offered 50% refund and I could keep the piece of rubbish. This has the hallmarks of a scam. I accepted 50% and it was probably more than I would have got if posted back to China.
