When doing your own research, looking up home values, checking schools, finding homes, selling your own home - why pay so much to a real-estate agent that often take a cut after you do all the work? If you are the type that does all your own research, you might as well save the typical costs of an agent and use Homelister. Definitely good for first time home sellers.
