Home lister is a much better alternative than paying 3% to list with a full service real estate agent. In Today’s world over 80% of all buyers find their homes on the internet. Home lister is a great way to save a lot of money and get your property up on MLS and the internet.

From the very start I was very happy to have found this company. They are very helpful and very affordable, we had very bad experience with several agents plus the market was tough . We did sell with in about 4 months with HomeLister’s. All the others we had for at the most 1 1/2 years and few others 8 or 10 months it was very sad. We are DIY type people, so this was a no-brainer. The market was hot and we sold in under a week for way over asking price. The folks at Homelister were patient, responsive and very helpful. We will only sell with them from here on out. We saved a ton of money and felt very supported by their great team.

Great way to sell your house on your own and still have it up on the MLS. It seems like most buyers find places they want to see on Zillow anyway so as soon as it was up, I got tons of requests for showings. We accepted an offer a week after it was first listed. Homelister was great and were quick to answer any questions. Highly recommended.

Each step of the way the people whom work at homelister are very helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process. Why pay 2-3% to a realtor when u can pay less than 1% and get great service and thousands extra back in your pocket. If you ask me it is a know brainer.
