In this market your house sells itself, but Home Lister does a great job of connecting you with potential buyers. Having their administrative support through the process made the offer review and acceptance a lot less stressful as well.

Homelister guided me along the way of the house sale by providing necessary documents to fill out, a lawn sign, as well as sending me reminders of what hadn’t yet been received to complete the sale process. I highly recommend Homelister.

Very helpful and Great people

Excellent service!!! Why paid a realtor thousands of dollars for something you can do on your own? We listed a lot of pics and description of our property and had an open house listed on website also. We received 4 offers the first day of open house (during Covid). Two offers were well over asking and we’re both cash offers!!!!!

The people I have dealt with have been very helpful and courteous. The only thing I wish would have been emphasized was the significance of using a higher commission percentage from the beginning. Having received over 1000 hits , but only 12 saved was just addressed yesterday because of my call to you. understanding the law of averages is what triggered my call which was amended the same day.Being an elder I'm still somewhat gun-shy and uncertain about the use of selling my property using the technology, but all of the staff have been patient and helpful, thanks.

If you are confident in your home marketing skills (copy writing, photography) then you can save scrilions using Homelister. They are accessible through phone and chat for questions, were completely responsive to my inquiries, and followed through to the completion of my home sale. They're great. No reservations!
