A lovely villa filled with history yet equipped for modern living with all we needed for a comfortable stay. There were lots of indoor and outdoor spaces and a wonderful pool area. The location was excellent, between the mountains and the sea allowing us to explore the Teramo province very easily.

It is a great house with al facility’s , swimmingpool and beautiful garden( a little bit of work there ) the only thing what’s missing is airconditioned sleepingroons. Ventilators kept us ok.

One of the best villas we have ever been. Beautiful garden with great clean pool and a lot of places to chill during hot days. Inside of the villa it’s very specious and well equipped for a big group of friends or families. The only thing missing is air conditioning but each room has ventilator which helps a lot.
