Auf keine meiner Emails wurde geantwortet, außer mit der Nachricht, dass man sich melden würde. Als es vor Ort Diskrepanzen bezüglich der Nebenkosten mit dem Vermieter gab, bekam auch dieser keine Antwort von der Agentur. Er hat sich aber uns Gästen gegenüber sehr kulant verhalten. Für mich keine Art und Weise!!

We are very surprised about your feedback, since at check out you refused to pay the extra expenses, clearly stated in the booking confirmation we sent you.
