After been given multiple broken promised, missed deadline and not closing on our home by another mortgage broker I gave Jayne a call on a Friday evening. We only had one shot to close this deal, and it needed to happen in three weeks. Immediately, Jayne understood the sense of urgency and started working on our approval. Without missing a single deadline and with the utmost attention to detail, we closed on our home in three weeks. She always responded to my emails and messages, never made me feel like I was bothering and delivered to us.
