This is the best program by far! The entire team is always ready to assist when needed. So much great information! So glad I joined.

Starting off in this business can be intimidating, but SMB not only gives you the tools and the plan to follow, they support you with real people who are there to guide you and answer your questions. I am learning from the journey of others and what I need to be doing. If I stumble, I can get help. If I'm confused there is someone to clear that up for me. The courses, the training, the videos, that live calls, the mastermind sessions, the deal reviews etc. get you learning and get you in action. And probably most importantly the sum of what I'm receiving gives me the confidence I need to keep moving forward even when I'm a bit unsure. Their process and people are phenomenal.

Live workshops by the coaches is an invaluable resource because you get the benefit of their experience. Thanks team!

The videos are good. The meetings are good. No real accountability; if you're looking for someone to hold you accountable for your progress, or to push you, not sure you'll get that here. Also, they say 10K per deal, but the reality is it depends on your investment area. The people really do seem nice, but I'm not sure it's worth the price tag.

Good info for the perfect presentation.

My experience with SMB has been very positive. I have learned a lot from the expertise of the coaches, and from their analysis of the deals of students. Every coach is a knowledgeable, creative deal maker, and I have appreciated the wide range of deal making strategies. Equally important is that every coach is a caring individual, truly invested in the success of students. It seems to me the program has evolved in the time I’ve been participating. At the start, I’m not sure I was assigned a specific customer service representative. That would have been useful. In the study of lead generation, I have appreciated the distinction between organic and paid marketing, and the extensive attention devoted to each. I am disappointed by the lack of attention to Google-based marketing and Search Engine Optimization. My greatest frustration has been with myself, and my inability to devote more time to wholesaling due to other commitments. But the program is masterful at organizing and presenting an enormous array of information.

Thank you for the training and valuable information. It was really helpful to hear from different people, their experiences and how to make the deals work. Liked the workshop style, listening to roll played.
