I was lucky enough to become a member of SMB & Home Invest Team! Great and experienced people willing to listen and selflessly share their knowledge with people enrolled in their program. It's definitely worth investment of time and money, because the return is much higher!

Tons of information, and the SMB seem to help you through it pretty good.

I told you that I have been paid to Social Media Blueprint about $4,000 from I remember at that time I wrote a review. I did not receive any calls after second weeks that I entered to the program. They didn’t not bother to call or text me as what they are promised. They promised to follow up with until I find the first deal to pay $10,000 from this service. This is the mean key that I upset from them and I would like to cancel the service and ask for refund. I feel like I am alone with no help. Do you want to continue with the system with no one try to help you? Ask yourself how honor about your service you provide like this. You said there are a lot students that able to get a deal with your support? What about me? No support from anyone, how do you feel?

The diverse range and depth of the program and coaches is unmatched in the real estate education realm. The course SMB offers is complete and comprehensive, from deal structures to advertising strategies. The coaches (there were 7+ when I went through the program) are available daily and will answer your questions 1-on-1 or in a recorded video that you can access later. My only point of contention is that it can be a lot for the brand new, needing to learn everything, investor (This was me). This person needs to be ready to work, learn, and have the time to put in every day. It can absolutely be done, but like anything, the work needs to be put in to make it successful. SMB gives you all the tools to succeed at the highest level, but it's up to you to use them. That said, if you're already in the real estate business and need to kick your business in the a$$, look no further. The team at SMB is dialed in and will absolutely turn your business into a well oiled machine. I'm now a year removed from graduating from SMB and am beginning to use their strategies to build my business to the next level (hands off for me). I'd expect to be able to turn my business into something passive within the next year because of the principles I've learned from Nate and his team.

The Nashville SLP training was some amazing information. Everyone of the SMB team are kind. I enjoyed the diversity and the way the information was shared. I left Nashville with a plan, now it is time for execution. Thank you to everyone. Looking forward to the big changes ahead.😁😁😁

As an alumni with Social Media Blueprint, I was invited to attend the Set 4 Life event in Nashville, TN. The Set 4 Life event focused on putting money in your pocket at the beginning of a transaction, cash flow through the years you own the property, and profits if you ever decide to sell the property. It’s truly the best of buy & hold and wholesaling. It was an eye opening event that can change anybody’s life if you commit yourself!

Awesome training, many ideas to implement in my business. Loved the content presented. People were great…

Mike and the entire SMB team were tremendous to work with to learn and grow my business in realestate. Everything was provided with great detail with the ability to implement things myself for success. I recommend SMB to anyone that wants to learn and grow their business.
