The leadership is very easy to listen to and the course is great. The course contains a wealth of information. The only thing I gripe about is there's no search engine to go directly to what you are looking for in the course materials. If you have any questions or deals you need help with you can review them on weekly calls or post them in the private Facebook group. Leadership highly cheers you on and loves to hear your wins. They have all the spreadsheets you need to evaluate your deals. If needed, they have a private money lender program to help fund your deals. I had the pleasure of meeting a lot of people in the program and alumni when I attended one of the live conferences in Miami, FL. It was very educational and a lot of fun. It leaves you with a real feel-good factor. I highly recommend this course to people looking to get their feet wet in real estate. This course has more than met my expectations. Thank you for such a great course!

SMB is an amazing training organization! I have been involved in RE and various trainings over the course of the last 15 years. After doing a 3 day training I chose to to continue with the Mastermind group. This group of people is hands down the most integrity rich, organized, and supportive group that I have experienced in Real Estate to date. Trainings are excellent, amazing willingness and ability to answer questions, and a holistic approach to integrating RE with your values and future life vision. Bottom line: High vibe. High Integrity. Knowledgable. Not only working investors with great business ethics but also people I would be proud to call my friends…and sit around the table and enjoy a long meal with. I wish I would have found them when I was getting started.
