In general, the company is all right with their customer service took me two weeks to actually receive the clones that ordered packaging was all right after training planning slow revival real stretchy plants. How do you use grill dots and real growers recharge help jumpstart them back but the price should be lower.

Hey Michael👋🏻Thank you for sharing your experience 🌱💚 We’re glad to hear our customer service team was able to help, though we understand the longer delivery time and the condition of the clones upon arrival were frustrating. It’s great to hear you were able to help them recover, and we appreciate the feedback regarding pricing. We’re always looking for ways to improve both our products and our growers’ experience. Happy growing! 🌿😊

I am giving 3 stars for the overall because I have always enjoyed their products. I am here to warn everyone about using the ACH payment coming from their checking account. The delay has to be at least 5 days and Homegrown will not touch your order until that clears, no matter how many times you’ve done business with them. My problem really comes from how Homegrown handled that delay. The lady said it was going to be at least 5 days and clearly could not care less that I was really wanting the order and paid for expedited shipping. I cancelled the order and the kicker is that I waited 7-8 days after that to call them back to find out that they needed my bank account number to process the refund. They went silent on emails and were apparently never going to tell me they needed that to process the refund. It always feels personal when people truly don’t care so be careful dealing with them.

Hey Adam👋🏻Thank you for being a longtime customer and for sharing this feedback 💚 We’re glad to hear you’ve consistently enjoyed our products, but we’re sorry this order left you feeling frustrated. We understand how disappointing it is when payment processing delays impact an order, especially when you’ve paid for expedited shipping and are eager to get started. We also apologize for the communication issues you experienced regarding your refund. Feedback like this helps us identify where we need to improve, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience 🌱 https://help.homegrowncannabis.com/en-US/need-help-here%E2%80%99s-how-to-reach-us-1543579

My clones arrived looking iffy. They might survive as I gave them B1 and put them in the shade to recover,Still waiting for the seeds that we supposed to be shipped separately.Fingers crossed they will arrive and maybe will have some luck with them.

Hey Linda👋🏻We’re sorry to hear the clones arrived looking stressed 😔🌱 It sounds like you’re giving them the best possible chance to bounce back, and using B1 plus easing them in with shade was a smart move. Fingers crossed they recover nicely and that your seeds arrive soon so you can get your grow fully underway 🤞💚

Tried ordering their CLONES my package went all over the place 4 major hubs at least took just over 5 days to get here…by day 4 of following their directions to the letter by day 4 it was RIP dead! Then I asked for a simple refund. By the way, there is no such thing, but they offered seeds in exchange, or even better still retry clones! I passed and took the seeds….if anyone reads this..a little Latin for you CAVEAT EMPTOR it means BUYER BEWARE. BigD

Hi there👋🏻We’re really sorry to hear your experience with the clones went this way 😔 Shipping live plants can be challenging, especially with long carrier delays and multiple hub transfers, and we completely understand how frustrating it is to lose them after following the instructions carefully. While we’re glad our team was able to offer replacement options, we understand why you were disappointed and chose the seeds instead. We truly appreciate you giving us a try and sharing your honest feedback 💚🌱 https://help.homegrowncannabis.com/en-US/need-help-here%E2%80%99s-how-to-reach-us-1543579

Dislike delivery service when ordering Clones! Total time in the box for my Clones was 5 days! I'm a grower, been growing for 5 yrs., two grows a year. Made my own Clones before and they grew perfectly, so what I'm saying you can't expect their Clones or anyone's else's Clone to survive 5 days in a box traveling around the country. I did not contact them as their policy is if the Clones you ordered turn out badly on arrival they'll send you replacements, well I didn't want to keep doing this so I'll just eat the cost and move on! I've got pictures to prove the conditions of the Clones on arrival but not going to waste my time waiting on replacements. DO BETTER HOMEGROWN!

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience 😞 Five days in transit is definitely not ideal for live clones, and we completely understand your frustration, especially as an experienced grower who knows what healthy clones should look like 🌱 We truly appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback because shipping delays and long transit times are something we take seriously and are actively working to improve. Even if you decided not to pursue replacements, we’d still appreciate the opportunity to review the photos and order details with our team so we can document what happened and help however we can. https://help.homegrowncannabis.com/en-US/need-help-here%E2%80%99s-how-to-reach-us-1543579

Hey Paul👋🏻We really appreciate you sharing this 🌱💚 It’s great to hear everything arrived in good condition, but we understand how frustrating it is when they don’t take off the way you expect—especially with your experience. Sometimes clones can take a bit to fully establish after transplant, but we’d definitely like to help you get them back on track. If things don’t improve, please reach out to our team here so we can take a closer look with you.🌿 https://help.homegrowncannabis.com/en-US/need-help-here%E2%80%99s-how-to-reach-us-1543579
