Avoid using HomeGnome at all costs. It’s a third-party hands-off intermediary that doesn’t care about their customers or service providers. We had the most horrible experience.We tried home gnome to get our lawn mowed. We needed it done in 2 days. The app said the mowing service would arrive on Wednesday, August 19. No one showed, and when I communicated with the provider through the app, he came back and said after six hours of silence, that he’s done two jobs and that home has not paid him, and nothing shows on his dashboard. Avoid, avoid all costs.

HomeGnome, this is my 5+ no-show or cancellation in 2 months (basically whole summer) in Charlotte, NC. I’ve contacted support multiple times and been promised it would be fixed. It hasn’t. I am requesting an escalation to management or higher. If I don’t hear back in 48 hours I will file BBB complaint.

Seth is a professional who takes pride in his work. My yard always looks well manicured. He takes the time to do the job right.

This guy came, trimmed, edged, mowed the lawn till it was sculpted! He went way beyond what I ever expected! It’s a great company that works with you to produce expert quality work! Can’t ask any more than that for customer service!
