Misleading information regarding availability
When placing an order online the website should state the actual ETA not tell you that an item is in stock with an eta that is 3-5 business days out, only to call you once you place an order to try to sell you a different item because the item you wanted is on back-order for another two weeks. If an item is on back-order the website should state that. Instead, the website states "in stock".

Bad shipping !!
Bad shipping, was supposed to received my vanity today, but they didn't send my furniture so it didn't arrived, now I have to wait again for them to resend my vanity this time hoping it comes.. Upset!

Good company but did not get what we originally ordered.
I am remodeling and putting our house up for sale--so are under a time constraint. I ordered a 30" vanity last weekend. The website said the vanity was in stock and would take 3 days to deliver. On Monday I called to verify the order and delivery date and was told the vanity was not in stock and would be a month to come in. At this point, I was running out of time. The manager at the Orlando store tried to help us by suggesting the 2" vanity, which he shipped right away. Although the vanity is nice, we have had to make several changes in the bathroom because the vanity is really too small. If we had known the vanity was not in stock, we would have ordered elsewhere.

Don't Bother
We purchased a vanity package from Home Design Outlet Center. The quality of the unit we received was far below that which they display on their website and in their showroom. The website describes the unit as "Constructed of highest quality solid birch wood and veneers" when the finish is full of blemishes and defects. We spent $1,242.00 on the unit. Rather than granting a full refund upon return, they refunded only $915.00, stating that the unit was not defective, "they all look like that", and that we were being charged for shipping both ways. There are too many good vendors selling better product at comparable prices. Don't waste your time and money with Home Design Outlet Center.

Dear David, We sorry you are upset but our position regarding returns of this nature is clear in the terms and conditions. The items which came back to our warehouse were in perfect condition. We did compare them with our floor samples and they were the same quality products. Therefore the only possible conclusion is that this is a non-damaged return and as such is subject to the non-damaged return policy in the terms and conditions that you agreed to when you purchased the items. We did our best to get you the best rate possible to return the item back to us.

paid vanity is where???
I bought a vanity and it's been 3 to 4 weeks and no vanity. No communication no way to reach anyone that can tell me anything. I don't like paying for something and then nothing. I feel ripped off
