It’s shipping from China, I had to pay a import tax.

Purchased an expensive light fixture. The light is flickering and faulty - it’s like strobe lighting!! I emailed to advise and seek a replacement or refund, I was asked to provide a video which naturally, I did. I was then advised that I would have to defit - ship the large fixture across the world from Australia to Lithuania- and they will “assess” the product! After waiting weeks for delivery - spending money installing - to have a faulty product and Homedekk not taking responsibility is appalling and against consumer rights. I will be perusing this matter further - and am most disappointed with their product and customer service!!! Future customers be aware ! Think twice before making any purchase here
